I used to live at the edge of it for years as it was so close to my place of work. Asia's poor economical areas are very safe. However, if I had told the truth at work to my co-workers at Bangkok University that I lived there, I would have lost face massively. Thailand is the most hierarchical society I have ever seen and violating your class social standing by going lower will lead to an immediate negative reaction.
@@yasminapo-aroundtheworld I lived in Thailand from 2001 to 2005 (I moved to Cambodia in 2019 after I was laid off from work & our department closed & I decided I've had enough working for someone else). I find that many casual visitors to Thailand misunderstand Thailand and its social rules. Thais can "sniff out" the social standing of another Thai immediately and if that person isn't at least equal to the person they're with, there's a problem (they cannot do this with foreigners though and that's why we're confusing to them). No two people in this country of 71 million are on the same level - someone is always lower or higher. Appearances will always count way more than actual substance, which you only fully experience once you live and work there.
Wow The slum it's very clean and neat not like other slums . I'm impressed with how clean it is
This is our first Slum that we have visited yet, but I can image how other Slum are Dirty than this
Thank you for the video ❤❤❤
You're welcome 😊🥰
