Dude that thing is so cool. Still so much build potential. And you could modify it while still keeping some of the stock charm and uniqueness of it. Awesome!
I cannot wait to see you Romp that beast! I loved the tractors but this I've never seen before until you got one. Its going to be amazing when you put the quadractor through its paces.
I guess the temperature pretty low but,in warm weather you can put some water in the tires and I bet that crazy thing would go pretty much anywhere. One of the coolest things I've ever seen!
When I was a kit in the 70's, I saw a Quadtractor on display next a carnival during a home town celebration in Washington state. I thought it was so awesome. They had photos on display of it hauling logs in the woods and a cut away diagram of the drive system. So happy to see them still out there.
It looks like parts from a common garden tractor, like a good Kohler Command 20 engine and throttle/choke cables will be easy to install on that. Love the hydrostatic drive!
nice one makes me want to work on my golf cart it need a engine some thing with lots of power & torgue so it can make it throw mud well you have a great day
I hope I can finish building my 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel steer pedal kart this year. Multi speeds, disc brakes, gokart reverse transmission. It will be strong enough to put a blade on it and plow snow off the sidewalk.
Super cool fearlessFront you could make a flip lock for the clutch like on a farm tractor that way you could still use them to gather or separate just an idea love the videos
With a little tweeking, and maybe an idler pulley here and there, I would try the mud. That's after a muffler, throttle cable, and various other little things. And yes, one of those 6h.p. diesel engines would be cool too. but not necessary. Think I would try to get in touch with the original builder in Vermont. Probably dead and gone by now, but somebody there could fill in some blanks for you. I was also thinking about dual wheels, but that would no doubt screw up one or more of the drive wheels. Very cool machine. Mow you need a Crosley station wagon to transport it with. :-)
That is quite the contraption!! I hope you continue to test it's limits and improve it. Some type of cabin or canopy and a rear entry stair case might also be cool additions to consider.
Sweet put some better rear tires on the Murray and mudd it again I love the Murray romps better than the sears mudding + whenever u first got the sears u were going to make it into a tractor to pull out the stuck Murray
I think that machine would do stellar if it had some vampire tires like on your diesel Sears and some belt retainers would be a good thought also. Fearlessfront Todd Christopher
hey fearlessfront I was hoping to help me I have a Briggs & Stratton 17.5 horsepower motor that I'm having issues with it will start and run but as soon as I let go of the brake it shuts off I've tried messing with the seat safety switch I've even unpluged some other safety switches but it doesn't seem to make a difference it still shuts off. I havnt had a problem with it until I tipped it up on its back wheels and looked at the pulley on a transaxle cuz I was going to pulley swap it. The next day I tried to start it. it started right up and as I let my foot off the brake it shut down.

LaPavoniMac the plan is to definitely mod it, nothing crazy but definitely the basics, and maybe a roll cage
FearlessFront (Todd Christopher) roll cage would be a good idea. That thing is TALL

I can't wait to see how it performs in the MUD!
FearlessFront (Todd Christopher) no offense but that thing is clapped
U should take it to the Cony Roaders mud run
GoPro Games not sure how long you've been watching my channel, but everything I buy is clapped-out, half the fun is Reviving it
Kinda funny, you can tell who has been watching the channel for a while eh? ;-)
FearlessFront (Todd Christopher) it was designed to skid logs, i think it should do decent at least
Man that thing is sweet! Can't wait to see more videos of you working on and playing with all your toys!
That thing is awesome fearless! Really looking forward to seeing what it can do in mud. With all that clearance, no mud/water hole can stop you!
It looks like parts from a common garden tractor, like a good Kohler Command 20 engine and throttle/choke cables will be easy to install on that. Love the hydrostatic drive!
Robby Gee It's not hydrostatic drive IIRC, it uses a lot of pulleys, cables and belts
Wow! LOL! Its pretty cool regardless, loved the video!
Are you going to do anything with it or was this the last video on it
Good to see ya having some fun, i can't wait to see it in the mud and any mods you make to it!
Have you still got the quadractor? Would love to see more videos of it for sure
She's quite a beast bud! Thought you were stuck on that 2nd bank but the ole girl made it!
thanks for the video fearlessfront, I was hoping I would get to see it in the snow.
put a diesel in it! like if you argee
That would be the best mod for sure. Diesels have so much torque and lower RPM's it would make far more sense to run that thing with a diesel.
hey fearless I have a idea for u. you should try to make a pulling lawn mower
nice one makes me want to work on my golf cart it need a engine some thing with lots of power & torgue so it can make it throw mud well you have a great day
LOVE THIS CUTE LIL MACHINE!
I hope I can finish building my 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel steer pedal kart this year. Multi speeds, disc brakes, gokart reverse transmission. It will be strong enough to put a blade on it and plow snow off the sidewalk.
Can't wait to see a full restore on this
Pretty awesome machine. Looks weird but seems to kick ass even when it's not at it's best.
Super cool fearlessFront you could make a flip lock for the clutch like on a farm tractor that way you could still use them to gather or separate just an idea love the videos
AWESOME is right ! Sweet!

That thing should be awesome when you get it all working right.
That's mint, where did you find the awesome machine?
that thing is wild dude!
What an incredible design. With a few improvements it would be even more useful.
that thing is awesome you can get the mufflers on Amazon but id make it so the exhaust isnt going in yiur face. id relocate the ignition too
Thumbs up. Thanks for the video.
Off she goes, been waiting to see this vid for a while. make me wonder what a hydro version of this thing could do?
I forgot about the quad tractor I love that thing man!!
also look to belts plus. they can make a belt any size
That thing is so cool I love it.
take that thing on a romppppp it's sick bro
You should make the Exhaust out towards the back and make the pipe split in two and make them go up on each side
I WANT ONE! With a set of cable chains or Nokians, that thing will go ANYWHERE.
Can't wait for an update
That's some serious ground clearance! The center of gravity is probably quite bad
omg that thing is so awesome I want to find one now cause that is way too cool
That thing is great! I want one.
Looks awesome, when's the next house vlog? Looking forward to it :)
I saw one of these on a trailer in New Sharon a couple days ago. Was that you?
take it off road that's where the real test is at I love that thing its to cool
Sweet put some better rear tires on the Murray and mudd it again I love the Murray romps better than the sears mudding + whenever u first got the sears u were going to make it into a tractor to pull out the stuck Murray
Very cool!
Wow machine !
just imagine when its all redone what it will be able to do,i like it
roger oconnor thanks man, and yeah... better tires and repairing some little stuff here and there and I'm sure it would be unstoppable
i am certain in time you will get it in shape, who needs a mud mower...lol
When are you going to do an update on the mini mud mower
I think that machine would do stellar if it had some vampire tires like on your diesel Sears and some belt retainers would be a good thought also. Fearlessfront Todd Christopher
that thing is cool never saw one before
unbolt pullstart and rotate so you can start from inside of quadracktor
cool snow beast.
very cool machine!
cool. really cool
Building some tracks for this thing would be amazing.
Some TLC and that thing will be awesome Todd!
The quadractor is back!
Is a lawnflite 12.5 hp is engine good for mudding ?
I think the Diesel Sears has met it's match... once a few modifications have been done.
I think if it had a locking or limited slip differential you'd go even further.
can't wait for the hayabusa engiene
now that you know that everything works you should invest in some belts or have tensioners to keep the belt from coming of.
Looks like something you would make on Scrap Mechanic 😂
very cool!!
That thing is neat . Good luck trying to find something that thing will not go through
I enjoyed it too man.. subscribed.. i wanna see more
Chepito McGorito I will definitely do more with it this summer, I want to ride this thing down an ATV trail
Every time I see that all I can think about is how it needs a platform for grilling. Pontoon-tractor.
that is bad ass man. u need to make one lol
You should put one engine up front for front tires and one in the back for the back tires
gona take a whole roll of industrial strength Bounty to wipe that grin off your face!

that is the coolest. if you put chain on it it will be unstoppable
that quadractor looks cool ha ha
May I email you some pics of a lifted mower I am building?!
cool machine when are we going to see some updates
It just proved itself time to repair it to fully working condition YEA !!!!!
Mark Anderson Haha, exactly!
how does your belt stay dry when driving in all that water, my mowers belt slips so bad it doesn't move and pisses me off😂
What if you put a frame of a atv on a lown mower body? then you would have a atv lown mower.
Where are the vids
turn the tires backwards you should get more traction
Claim your silver play button and put it on the front off your murray
i need some help i juust put a new front axle in my mower and it steers great but a high speeds it just is very switchy can anyhelp
what components make it drive
it is asome so what r u going toooooo do to it
More too come?
need to find out how to lock it in.
need to look into to way you lose power on the 2 left tires
Why you lose power lol cant type
i want a go !!
Good video
Some fresh belts and a muffler will make it an unstoppable beast!
Ryan Losinger I hope so, some other odds and ends to sort out, and I could feel confident taking it for a ride
i think it needs ladder bars!
Cool you got to keep it positive right
It could use some wheel weights.
WHOW I love weird things
Do another video on the house
You should put a 22hp pretator on this
it would be cool if it was chain driven
please more driving videos
bring back the mini offroad mower plz
