Thank you for your excellent video. I like this motorbike rack very much. Are there any Australian requirements for park/brake/indicator lights and number plate to be attached to this rack if your tail lights and license plate are partially or fully obscured?
you will also need an auxiliary number plate other wise you will be pulled over and fined.i bought a motorbike carrier from Aldi a few months ago it came with stop/blinker lights ,really impressed with it actually.
You should put some trailer lights on it and use a trailer plug So when you plug it in it will recognise a trailer . Or maybe if you open the dust cover on your trailer plug on the car it might register that it has a trailer.

I have a trailer number plate on the rack but no lights
Also I recommend getting a hitch clamp so the rack doesn’t rattle

Yes, it’s rated at about 700kg unbraced trailer and 1600kg with brakes. Google the exact specs. Cheers
