When it comes to licorice, it has to be real. That fake shit that American candies use, I am looking at you, Twizzlers, is just gross. It tastes like the underside of an outhouse seat. You have got to get the real licorice before you judge. It tastes so much better even if it isn't your cup of brew.

Jelly is made with fruit JUICE. Jam is made with whole fruit blended smooth. PRESERVES has chunks of fruit, but made with juice.

Your definitions are actually a bit off. The difference between jelly and jam is not the chunks but how it's made.
Jam achieves its texture by boiling a lot of the water from the mixture until it can hold together just through the stickyness of the sugars. Depending on what fruit the jam is made from and how it was processed prior to boiling, it can have a perfectly smooth texture without any chunks.
Jelly achieves its texture through the addition of a gelifying agent like pectine. It still can contain chunks, though that's not super common because people who buy jelly typically are looking for a very specific consistency.

Finally someone else who hates licorice. Twizzlers just taste like slightly flavored plastic and they're awful.
Dragonfruit has a very slight earthy flavor to it, but super mild, it's just like....the texture of a kiwi, but like pretty neutral, sweet, ever so slight dirt taste.

Flats, i definitely recommend grabbing a dragon fruit from the store and trying it. Just cut it up and skin it, or cut it in half and use a spoon to scoop it out. It's yummy! Even a bad dragon fruit doesn't taste bad, it's just bland if it's bad, so it's not as dangerous as trying other fruits that can taste too sour or bitter. And of course, good Dragon Fruit is top tier.
one of my favorite snacks is Kettle corn nacho cheddar seasoning, i put it on pepperoni in a bowl, cold and eat it.
In case anyone wants to know Jelly is made with the juice, Jam is made with the flesh, Preservatives are made with the whole fruit.

Dragonfruit is the most underwhelming flavor ever, it looks so cool but tastes like water with a little sugar in it and has the worst texture ever. I like kiwis despite their texture cause they have a good flavor, but dragonfruit has that texture with no flavor to make it worth.

Feel like the first one could have been way worse. I eat sweet and spicy breakfast sandwiches all the time, but the dragon fruit would be weird as hell texture wise
depends what fruit the jam is, strawberry jam is nice because strawberries are naturally soft and the chunks have a clearer flavor than a jelly, though most other fruits you are right the texture is off
