Truly amazing! I could watch your videos all day. I read the other comments about changing music and doing a voice over. I wanted to chime in and say I love these the way they are. Thank you for a wonderful glimpse into your work. Fantastic job.

I think TH-cam suggested you all for me because I normally watch a lot of electronics restoration videos. But there’s an artistry in what you do that just amazes me. Please don’t stop posting videos! 😊

Curious as to why she works on it upside-down. Awesome work!

When I conserve artworks and antiques, I always mask the ferule of a brush, to minimize the risk of damage. Brushes such as Chinese or Japanese are a way to go since they contain no metalic parts.

Just wondering about those clear protective covers that enable you to flip the piece -- do you clean them, too, between the initial steps or is that not necessary because so little dirt clings to them? Thank you for sharing your process, it's very informative!

what material do you use to fill the missing paper areas? Methylcellulose?

I find it strange that you'd work on the print upside down. It doesn't matter I guess, but I think it's an odd choice.

How do you make the precise shapes for the missing corners?

I am sure they know exactly what they are doing, but I feel they sometimes they are inconsistent.
They dont do the same thing on each side of the paper. And they dont clean the plastic cover, when they clean the paper ? Etc
But it is still very fascinating to watch :)

Would love to have accompanying voice over detailing the process and though process a bit more in detail vs the on screen text.

Love the videos. Can I make a plea to lose the music. Just use the sped up ambient sound a la Jimmy Diresta.
