Come Camping With Us | Lathrop State Park | Camping in Colorado With Kids

Join me on our first camping trip of the summer! This June we stayed in Lathrop State Park at Pinon Loop C (Spot 73)! It was perfect pull through campsite for our trailer but there were also great tent spots in this loop as well as full plumbed bathroom amenities! This section also has a great playground and is about 1 mile from the lake! There is even an amphitheater with events for the whole family throughout the summer and a public golf course! At the reservoir you can bring boats, jet skis, wakeboarding, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and of course you can swim!
