Which issue is it showing? You can try resetting the smartwatch and binding it again with the application!

Are you talking about the DT9 Ultra which is coming soon with AMOLED display? I think it will be the best option but I still need to review that!

DT9 Ultra is not from Microwave, Microwave smartwatches have model name as W68, W68+ and W69+. and DT.No.1 smartwatches are named DT8 Ultra, DT8 Ultra Max and so on!
If you get your hands on the W69+ Ultra AMOLED, then it is better than DT9 Ultra in my opinion! I am reviewing it on this weekend hopefully
