It mainly depends on your usage, it's more of a jewellery product than a sports smartwatch! so sweating can damage it, but normally the colour does not fade so easily

Which issue is it showing? You can try resetting the smartwatch and binding it again with the application!

DT9 Ultra is not from Microwave, Microwave smartwatches have model name as W68, W68+ and W69+. and DT.No.1 smartwatches are named DT8 Ultra, DT8 Ultra Max and so on!
If you get your hands on the W69+ Ultra AMOLED, then it is better than DT9 Ultra in my opinion! I am reviewing it on this weekend hopefully
