@@universalfragrance Thank you man. Hope one day we can meet in a fragrance event or something. Would love to learn your opinions on what they have on the floor. For the time being keep killing it with these videos. This channel is unique.
Good points of view on the bad hype around watered down fragrances. I'm with you it's mostly false information based on lack of knowledge. Great review on both fragrances!
Appreciate ya! Some fragrances in certain houses do seem to have been watered down for sure, it’s just not as bad as people make it out to be. Most fragrances just need to sit a while and they get better if kept well! Maybe some companies have the some concentration and ingredients but are bottling and shipping out much faster to meet demand, tons of variables in play
@universalfragrance maceration plays a huge part in fragrance. You are right. I have seen a difference in lots of my niche fragrances, especially amouage they do get better with age !
I started off as annoying now it has become slightly comical 😂. Imagine people saying every 10-year single barrel bourbon on the market are trying to clone each other and then when something changes people start crying "reFormULated" 😂😂 You want a natural product there will always be slight variations
@@universalfragrance Yes on Woods symphony !! Funny story ? Yesterday i wore it to office.First 3 guys-6 am-I encountered-1 st guy- god damn that smells good- 2nd- holy shit that s smells great buddy -3rd guy- where did you get that, i wanna buy it for myself
I absolutely love Jubilation XXV, but sadly my hide seems to soak it up like a sponge. I get 3-4 hours tops. While I don't pick up the blackberry note so many describe, this does not diminish its appeal in the least. The intoxicating effect of frankincense, honey and oud more than makes up for its absence. I have a decant of 40 on the way, and fingers crossed, hope it will fill in the only gap in XXV's formidable repertoire.
How do you think king blue stacks up to jubilation XXV/40? From my nose i feel like they have some similarities but id love to hear your thoughts about it
Appreciate that! I knew it was somewhere around 25%. I had Royal Tobacco pulled up before filming the video which is 25% 😂😂 I was shocked to see Beach Hut and Overture at 30% and over, but they are very strong. Be well
Not sure what they are talking about with the “less oil concentration,” but there is definitely a different strength profile. Have compared brand new batch with several old/vintage batches and there is a noticeable difference. Could be age, who knows. Either way, it is legendary. Thanks for the reviews!
Yes sir! Age really helps! I have found beach hut, overture, and Jubilation to be the same if not better(Beach hut man for me) in the new packaging vs the old but those are some of the few I have owned older bottles/samples of compared to new packaging. They changed packaging due to counterfeit issues
I had the problem with both longevity and projection with Jubilation 40 and Reflection 45 in comparison to the normal concentration. 😢😢 Exactly the opposite with Interlude 53 that lasted on my skin for days 😅
Thats a bit extreme considering they waited 15 years after the first release for their 40th anniversary to release it and almost doubled the oil concentration. I personally love it and hope they do another for the 50th anniversary. This isn't Aqua Di Gio or JPG Le Male with 5 different spin offs where they release one almost every year 😂
Correction: Jubilation 25 is at 23% oil. Sorry, I had Royal Tobacco pulled up on my phone before the video which is 25%! Both are strong 💪🏽
Fragrance community is like politics. Love your info man.
100% appreciate ya and hope you are doing well

Such an amazing scent, i loved the playful blackberry and my God, during hot times the heat makes jubi 40 go insaneeee
I really love Jubilation for summer as well!!! It really brings out that honey/frankincense blackberry vibe in the fragrance.
Great video 📹
💪🏽
The people that complain non stop about reformulations and performance are more annoying than the actual things they are complaining about.

@@universalfragrance 🤣 agreed, also in the air the "different formulations" always smell the same anyways.
jub 40 is great. i love the nutty base. plan on getting rose incense next. what do you think of that?
That is probably my next purchase, I know one of my subscribers just bought it and loves it! Probably will buy woods symphony at the same time

What size are your bottles? I love the presentation
Appreciate that! They are all full size 100ml

Great video! FYI - actually, on Amouage's website it says Jubilation XXV has 23% concentration.✌👍

The thing is There is no where to buy jubilation 40, at least in Mexico 😢

Been waiting for this one.. I just got jubilation 40 ….
It's a great one and will get better as it ages if kept well!

Once you spray Interlude 53.....you are fully committed hahaha
I found jub40 to be a little more earthy and camphorous, as well as a little sweeter and nuttier. Very minor though as you say
Yes sir!!! Glad they kept it very similar
Niche doing flankers , dress it up all you want .
