This is why we homeschooled our children and now our grandchildren.
The age of exploration was a direct result of african powers occupying and enslaving European nations. This occupation lasted seven hundred years. Some of my ancestors were the occupiers. The year that spain finally kicked out the last of the muslim caliphates was 1492. The spanish grown payed for Columbus exploration because they were bankrupted by fighting off these foreign invaders and freeing the Spanish people from slavery under those powers. So yeah, the Europeans have spent 500 years fucking shit up. But dark skinned people like me fucked it up for 5500 years before that. In fact, freedom is a purely European invention. Without the European people the world would still run on slavery exclusively like it did before that age of exploration also brought an end to slavery.
Prior world powers invaded lands killed or enslaved all of their population to a man and replaced them with slaves from the last country they conquered. At least that explains why nobody knows a single true thing about history. The global elite have finally succeeded, everything we believe is false.

"Hurricanes, etc." happened way worse than now. Since Katrina they have been mostly mild and infrequent in total contradiction to what was predicted by these numbskulls. Unrealized predictions of disasters have gone way up in number so I guess that's a change. Still have ice caps, Manhattan is still not underwater, no more drought in CA, people are still living in the desert. That would be me.
