Some great shots in there Thomas with wonderful layered rock formations like by the steam with the longer exposure and if I was there it would be fun to try a 5 min exposure , I watched that part again. Also nice to see you using the 24-70 2.8s lens which is my overall favorite lens but usually for outdoors with brighter light I love the 24-120 4s lens but both are awesome to me. It is interesting to see the Swedish landscape , it looks kind of similar to some areas I have seen here in Canada , but those big layered rocks look cool, cheers.
Hi Derrick! Thank you very much. The 24-70 f2.8 is really really great. Never been disappointed with it's performance. If I would buy a new lens it would be the 24-120. For a all in one lens for long hikes. :)
The top of that mountain was the place to be; no mosquitoes! They have been terrible here lately as it has been ridiculously hot and humid. 39º today counting the humidity, just awful. I'll trade you for your 12º! lol Amazing views from up top of that mountain, wow! You are very fortunate to live where you do with such amazing wide open spaces. It's so heavily forested here you can't see the forest for the trees ;) Superb photography once again Thomas. That shot of the two Reindeer at 11:26 is my favourite this week but also love the "layers" you shot with the 400mm. Excellent!
Hi Mike! Thank you! I hope you get colder weather soon. I get nervous when it's hot outside. Can't really hide from it. When it's cold you can atleast regulate the cold with different clothes. Are you enjoying your Z9? Ofc you are. Hehe. Been on any photo trips? :)
@@ThomasRaskPhoto I agree completely. It's much easier to stay warm when it's cold than to cool off when it's hot. Clothes don't really matter much then. We could all walk around naked and we'd still be too hot lol Loving the Z9! I'm still in the process of getting it all set up the way I want, there's so much to configure. I'm busy learning all the AF options. Hudson Henry's YT videos have really helped in that regard. It's a crazy good camera. Now I need a larger ball head or maybe a fluid head as my FLM 38f can't quite handle the weight with larger lenses. It never ends! lol
Been up on Flatruet a couple of times over the years when my dad and I were up in Långå and fly fishing, it's a beautiful place with a view you won't forget in the first place
I'm a fan of your b&w's. Again nice work and video 👍
Thank you Volker! I love to capture b&w photos! :)
Nice job, Thomas. Really enjoyed your video.
Hi Terry! Thank you for your kind words! :)
Thank you for another great video Thomas. I'm so glad you had a good trip even tho the weather was kinda harsh. Great pictures as always :)
Hi Kenneth! Thank you! I love the car camping life. But 3-4 days is enough. :)
Looks like a great trip 👍🙂
Hi Stig! It was! Thanks for tuning in to my channel. :)
Great video Thomas, your car must be needing a rest with all the miles you cover
Thank you very much Donald! Hehe, yeah that might be true. :)
Great work Thomas! I really like the image at 11:15. Nicely done!
Thank you Brian! Yeah I like that photo aswell. Thank you for watching. :)

@@ThomasRaskPhoto Buy it Thomas, you won't regret it. It's a fantastic lens and probably the one I use the most.
I have a birth day coming up in late september. Maybe I will buy it. Hehe. :)
@@ThomasRaskPhoto My birthday is Sept 25. I'll get you the 24-120 f4 and you can get me the Plena 😇
Hum, wait a minute...Nice try Mike! :)

@@ThomasRaskPhoto All a part of the fun eh? :)
Absolutely! I really like my lenses and cameras. Getting a new "toy" can be inspiring. :)
Hej Thomas! Det var några bekanta vyer. Mittåkläppen, Flatruet mfl. Skall själv dit snart. Trevlig video Hälsningar Hans-Olof från Sala
Tack så mycket Hans-Olof! Kul att du också ska dit! Jag tröttnar aldrig på att åka dit. Alltid något nytt att fotografera. :)

It sure is beautiful up there!
Beautiful images!
Thank you! Cheers! :)
Wow Tom!! Beautiful scenery. Thanks for sharing. I'm going out this week to capture some of my area.
Thank you very much! Have fun on your photo adventure. :)
Very nice film, photos and nature of course. Could you show on a map of Sweden where you were more or less when making the film?
Thank you Marek! If you look up Funäsdalen and the mountains around it, you will now where I was. :)
