Next time you go to Julian you should definitely check out the California Wolf Center there. They rescue gray wolves and have some that you can see. Very entertaining and educational.

I miss going to Julian(live in Washington now), thanks for the trip. I used to live in east county San Diego so a trip to Julian was not an uncommon thing, when ever we would go camping in the desert outside Borrego Springs we would stop off and grab some pie and cider for the campout. My personal favorite is Mom's although getting there early in the day is critical, then the Julian Cider Mill just up the street same side is where we grab cider and probably some honey sticks before hitting one of the ways down into the desert from there.
One Piece ❤ Garnet Peak is awesome, I highly recommend exploring that highway more in the future if you haven’t already. Best place to catch sunrise in San Diego County 💯
This could not have been timed better. I've been looking for "fall" things to enjoy and I keep forgetting how great Julian is. We're 50 miles SW of Julian and this gives us a great full day of meals and activities!
Nothing beats the strawberry rhubarb pie in Julian!! Loved watching and learning about some spots there I've never heard of! So happy you got to go and enjoy the scenery with the whole fam

Hey Josh and family! Have you tried apple picking in Oak Glen? We went last fall. Up from there is a huge family pumpkin patch where you can pick other items on the farm like peppers and squash. Across the street, there was a large smoker with various types of meats and picnic areas on the grass. We also sampled homemade apple flavored beers that were quite good! 😊
my hubby and I watch your adventures all the time . This is one of the best . I used to take our boys camping in Cyumuca(sp?) is not to far past Julian which we loved driving through when going camping . it’s a cool place . your family is so sweet . thank you for doing these videos . they help us go explore too. enjoy thos little tinys cuz before you know it they are all grown up which is fun too but all just gos to fast . 🍎🍏 take care , polly and billy 🌄☃️🛎💌
❤ I wish I could live like this full time with my kiddo! I tend to do 4 family road trips a year at the very least. Lots of hikes, museums, beach days, and fun attractions. I have a map in my sons room and we talk about the places we visited as part of our bedtime story hour. I love to see how your family has grown over the years ❤
I have heard so much about the apple pie shops from numerous PCT hikers. I have wanted to visit Julian for the pie. I’ve heard both Mom’s and Julian’s are great. Thank you for all the additional info in this video about the other fun that is available. No I really want to go.
Went to Oak Glen for our first apple picking experience this year because it was closer and only had an afternoon. But Julian looks awesome and definitely a multi day experience

Loved your video. We have a condo that we inherited in Bonsall. We love to go there and visit the surroundings. You have a beautiful family. One of my biggest regrets is not having a daughter after all my sons. Regardless I'm still thankful to God.
I love Julian. When I was there in 2018 we went to the camel farm. It as super fun. They did an animal show then you can feed the farm animals and the camels. They did camel rides as well.

I go down there all the time like to go shoot my assault weapons nearby for Gavin Newsom 😂 and then go get some alcohol and some pie at the end of the day plus great barbecue at Jillian Beer Company! I'll definitely stop by the Cooler and if you see it you'll know what I'm talking about! Julian beer company has better Pizza!

If you get up they’re early the Julian apple pie co location in Santa ysabel usually has apple donuts and Dudley’s bread is killer!
