    @drleo6409 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Not being able to leave them puts you in a situation where you have to develop yourself or be destroyed. I was thinking this recently. Instead of running from the person but rather LEARN to STAND UP FOR YOURSELF.
    Then you will be more likely to stand up for yourself in the future with other people in different situations.
    People that care about others don’t insult and abuse them.
    If they don’t care why should we care about them.
    If they realize it or not don’t let them cause you pain.
    Just simply don’t care.
    Even if it comes from someone that is supposed to love us talks down to us does not mean we should listen to them. No matter who it is . Everyone should treat others with respect.

Difference now is that I can actually see this happening and recognise what I'm doing to myself when previously I got stuck in a loop. I totally agree.
    Every action that anyone does, is an actual physical action. Even what we think of as a negative action is a real expenditure of energy toward something.
    When you say I Don't Want Something you are putting your energy toward the very thing you don't want.
    The universe only responds to the energy. Basically, where you place your energy is what will be a part of your life.
    Rather than saying what you don't want... Say what you do want. Place your energy into what you do want and making that real.
    The best way to get rid of a Narcissist is to starve them by putting your energy elsewhere.
    They are vampires... if they can't get the blood they need from you... they will go elsewhere for it...

    • @PeterKaitlyn

      @Carla Murphy Carla, Think of it this way. She has no life of her own, so she must copy the life of someone else, to give herself a reality. In a way that is the sadist life of all, because it is a lack of a self she can believe in... It is also a kind of flattery. She see you as a model that is worthy of copying. I know it's creepy, but it is the way some people have a life at all. Don't let her drive you to do something that you do not want to do. Have you talked with her about this?

It was rediculous. It was easier just to be with him. Eventually though you start feeling disgusted by them and you need to get away. I finally did. I just stopped reacting to ANYTHING he said or did. It took a few months but he finally got bored and left me for his new supply that he already had lined up. Once they realize they are not going to get ANY more supply from you they will leave you alone.

    I was brought up in abuse, so when my girlfriend would use abuse tactics, I was kind of blind to it, but gradually started to stand up for myself and like you said, being with her is helping me to stand up for myself with her and even with family but I'm also learning how my reaction was also reflected abuse, and to not behave that way myself. Thanks for the videos!

      There is one thing narcs are worth it, 2 narcs as friends ya they would be something to reckon with but they may not mix because of other things. I was teased for about 5 years for being in love, wanting to have sex, and having sex with a coworker that is Lesbian. i found it so hilarious until i knew for a fact a girl and a guy had well talking and teasing me whatever. I still can't believe people thought i was having sex with her but i never did. I never told my coworkers they were teasing harassing me for something i was doing already with another girl after.

    I educated myself to a large degree about narsistic behavior, so I don't feed into his needs. I love music so when he starts his crap I start singing a song in my head, and totally block him out. He pays all the bills, while I enjoy hanging out with my dogs and horses all day, so I laugh inside. He now gets his supply from his staff at work. He probably has someone on the side, and I honestly don't care

She threw tantrums, but I still completely ignored it. I even changed my pattern of socializing, sleeping, eating, etc just minimize contact with her. Eventually she took the ride with her not-so-new supply.

    I get this ick feeling when I hear that phrase "Hurt people Hurt people"...I Get the concept, but don't agree. Hurt people Don't hurt others because they know how it feels & would never put another through something painful (on purpose). On the other hand Sadists (Cluster B's ect...) have No Issue with hurting others...they Choose to Hurt Others & Continue to do so! I don't need to have empathy for Anyone who Chooses to hurt others & that phrase kinda pulls you to feel sorry for or make an excuse for the Abuser, IMHO. Really enjoy your videos!!!

If they refuse to listen to your boundaries, they don't care about you. Another thing, that really helped me was learning mindfulness!!! My psycho went to our eldest daughter telling her, "I don't think mommy loves me anymore." She came to me to forgive him. I gave her a very firm NO!! Almost 10 months no contact. This was great. Thank you. I am removing a narcissist from my life right now. No longer speaking anything to him. Total gray rock. It gets scary at times like when he tried cutting me off from getting back to my home the other day. And still afraid to just walk to the post office because of this. I have already told him leave me alone last November. Been enforcing it since by no contact answering the phone or door etc. He no longer affects me other then his what I felt semi aggressiveness to try to block my or cut me off from my home. I have now put locks on all yard gates as he was known to just walk into my yard. Feeling better with the locks even though I hate to feel like I have to live this way. I feel it is sending the message loud and clear with out having to speak.

    Once you realize not to react out of fear, and wonder instead, why is this happening to me, what is my mission here; the mission is the challenge, ... what do I make of this?! Start by looking within ....your SELF worth, SELF respect and awareness of who YOU ARE. SELF LOVE is key for raising our level of consciousness, which will make you untouchable. It is all about contrast and the different levels of consciousness. Certainly differentiate of what you allow and / or don't allow or tolerate into your life. NO CONTACT is your best choice. The rest is small talk, no discussions, no arguments (if you have children together, or other family member, or at work etc.), ... still not easy, I know. Thank you Stephanie for pointing it out so clear " not to have a re-action", not letting them affect you...

  • @LXSeaV
    @LXSeaV 5 ปีที่แล้ว +15

    I am probably going to listen to this more than once. I'm at the stage where I'm realizing all of this to be true, I'm putting it into action with some shaky sea legs, but moving in the right direction. A good follow-up to this topic is acknowledging some of the grieving that has to happen to make some of these choices. The solution in these situations is pretty simple, but the execution for people like us isn't. To cut ties with someone or feel like you're risking it with a certain boundary, I feel like I have had to go through a certain grieving process where I realize I'm willing to lose this person. Brene Brown has it right when she talks about how forgiveness and grief really go hand in hand. When you're releasing expectations and hopes of how some people will act around you, I feel like I've had to grieve them to ultimately stand in my power and make a strong choice about how to handle them.

    • @Cyoire
      @Cyoire 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely. The only way is to only accept the right energy, which was NOT how victims of abuse was thinking before that. Happiness is your friend and the ones who can portray that in your life are the right ones. It has both become easier to let people go and let people into my life as I'm thinking only in terms of energy and still learn every day to have this way of thinking. You have come a really long way and so has I. There is a HUGE gain by daring to let someone go when they only block your energy levels and prevent you from having a much richer life. Thank you for your comment and I wish every single good thing comes your way.

    So TRUE! that when you who have been suffering a narcissist, YOU BEGIN TAKING RESPONSIBILITY of your OWN SELF, the dynamic of the sick relationship shifts, everything else about YOUR LIFE changes, begins to transform, while in all likelihood the narcissist stays stuck. Remember, you CAN'T save her or him. Right, Stephanie, no matter how the narcissist continues to abuse you, or starts to attempt to hurt you because she senses her past patterns of abuse don't seem to take the toll the perpetrator wants to see, no matter WHAT, you're ok inside you, you're moving forward with boundaries, self-esteem, personal growth & more!

    How to end any argument in three sentences:
    1) I'm sorry you feel that way, I have no right to tell you how to feel about me.
    2) I guess I'll have to accept your faulty perception of me.
    3) Your anger is not my responsibility.
    Option # 2). This takes practice...you must say it in a non sarcastic way and from a point of sincerity.
    "Have I done something to upset you? "
    Oftentimes this alone will help a person to check themselves. Perhaps you have done something to upset them and you may not be aware. This lends an opportunity to engage in a meaningful resolution. Oftentimes the person will realize that you are not actually the issue and that their rage is something they don't like about them selves.
    The key is to not let them trigger you to engage. Usually this behavior is due to some internal insecurities that one cant process internally so they project it outwards as a defensive mechanism.

All I did was share my husband’s phone number with cyberhackinggenius and I was able to read both his new and deleted messages from a cloned device without having to touch his phone. I read all his Whatsapp, Facebook,Instagram and Snapchat messages Including the deleted text messages and iMessages. You can contact him via Gmail (cyberhackinggenius) or text and speak to him directly on his phone and WhatsApp : +19256795146 and don’t forget to thank me later

    Go no contact, do not justify your behaviour you're protecting yourself from harm. Love yourself and heal from abuse. Silence destroyed the Narcissists ego and made them powerless. They will give up and target a new supply.
