I don't usually need to leave West Tek when I grind for XP. I take the elevator and take out the mobs in there and when I get back up everything is respawned. Seems to work in group as well as out of group. If you get the bug where they spawn unkillable, you just go back down the elevator and back up, or you jump servers. It was really wild when the thirst zapper was giving you infinite nuka nades.
I'd like to say thank you Turtle for taking the time to make this video and sacrificing precious minutes off of your xp buffs. Appreciate the fast travels you did in order to show us the mobs at Whitesprings and their level rankings and the amount of xp you get when you kill them. Again, Turtle is taking one for the team and making the sacrifices to his gameplay in order to help us with the tips and tricks. Only having 5 of those Live & Love 3 magazines, every sec/min counts to squeeze the most benefit you can from them. So again, thank you Turtle. And to everyone else, best of luck with your xp farming and I hope you have a lot of fun doing it!

Additionaly, the office and containers have high chance of spawing "Technical Documents" which you can use to complete event as many times you have the docs, getting more XP and other goodies. Excellent and very complete guide! The only thing I would have liked to see, additionally, is *how* to farm West Tek. I tend to use my regular weapon combined with nuka cola grenades for it, which can be very fast. This requires preparation, though, because of the grenades.
I think a tip you missed on is radiation rumble. The one where you fight robots is good too (at least so you dont get bored). So many enemies spawn free exp by just standing in place
Just when I think I’ve got it all down, a Turtle comes through with a new guide teaching me new things! Gonna grind to finish the scoreboard before the next patch drops!
Youve just totally changed my game I was one of those guys legging it around with a tank build heavy weapons flogging water (previous cap gain vid and vertibird travel being very helpful) Just sorted some unyielding armour out unfortunately lacking on the extra 1 intelligence but at 30 plus intelligence. I played 76 on Xbox One for about 2 years and then I haven't played it in a very long time but now I have it on PS5 so I'm about to start a new character, so I wanted to catch up on all of the exploits and things I could do to get ahead after putting so much time in the other account
I was able to get over 2000 xp per super mutant with intelligence around 40 and 4 lunchboxes, on a full crew. I didn't have any temporary buffs, just serums and perks, and underarmor. Supposedly the military fatigues also work, but I'm using the plaid right now. My regular armor has 2 pieces that boost intelligence, but nothing unyielding as I'm not bloodied. I was popping Daddy-O occasionally, if I had canned meat stew or scorch beast brains I woulda took those, or the intelligence bobblehead. But that's about it for me. Actually, the camp boosts like well rested and derby game are doable enough for me. It's a lot to keep up with though, usually I just use 1 lunchbox at the beginning of certain events, and hope others use theirs. Then if I get 4, I go out farming until they run out. It's a hell of a lot better than I had, and I only had to sacrifice a couple of perks that I can just re-equip when I need to craft something.
Yeah and some effects are even impossible for people that don't have the characters like Leo and Steven Scarberry or people that are Carnivores gated by killing Scorchbeasts and farming damn Squirrels . Sticking with the easier ones like sleep + Derby and Mothman/Lunchboxes when you can should be enough, specially since you can use the farming time to kill enemies. I'm lucky I have a builder friend who doesn't really need all his mentats so he gives me a couple every once in a while, other than that I'm far from ever finding a Bobblehead or a Magazine or a Nuka Cola Twist.
Once again Turtle, Thanks! I picked up pointers for my build. I've never had Leo as an ally, but that buff is too good to ignore. I would add one thing that I feel is worth mentioning. Cranberry Relish is an excellent buff, but it's not just for Herbivores. I'm a Carnivore and use Relish as my main food buff because it's easier to get the ingredients for. Other than during Fashnacht, Tasty Squirrel stew is hard to make in the qty's I need.
@@vitorsamuel777 Havent played in a while but iirc Tatos are easily grown at your base, swapping in perks helps for double yield if you need it. Great video once again mr turtle. I'm bit confused on Herd mentality when I read it it said u have to be on a team and be close to team mates to gain extra intelligent. Or is it as long as I'm on team then then I gain extra intelligent?
I wouldn’t even mind that have they not also made them lazy and sleepy. Remember back in the day and I say back in the day kind of sarcastically because it’s only been four years, but remember back in the beginning if you walked into White Springs anywhere near any of the residential areas or the country club you got crushed by hordes of ghouls You’re going to walk near building without them coming Ronica now you can walk up on him there a sleeve there laying on the ground. You got a literally walk around until they are in less you’re wearing. Oh strangler hard or are you out diseases with the plague walker they will sometimes ignore you completely and tell you right on top of you, but when I first started playing this game you can walk up to the front door throw her name in the front door. Every goal in the building would be there in a second. You just pile of the bodies right at the door takes about 15 seconds, and then you loot that was harder because we didn’t have the ability to loop the entire area
I thought food buffs were separate from drink buffs. I usually drink cranberry juice and eat cranberry relish, both show in the effects list. Are you saying whatever you ussd last is the only one that counts?
Just to let everyone know magazines don’t stack, and I found that out the hard way lol. Live and Love 3 is the best for this. In double xp and mothman buff I’m getting around 4k per kill, insane!!
Great video as usual Turtle. One thing I have to ask is that in your latest video, you do not mention a connection between instigating weapon and grenade buff as you did in the last video. Did Bethesda nerf this? Levelling up with nuka grenades is just too much fun to pass up. 24,000 XP per explosion. Boom.
Heey angry turtle, first I wanna say that your videos are realy well made, love the math behind everything. Can you do or maybe you allready have a video about the vats hit change perks/build? It's a awesome play experience👍
Hi AngryTurtle. Thank you for the video. I’ve just subbed on your channel coz I’m returning to F76 after a 1 year break from the game. Currently I’m at level 170. It’s been slow and super grindy. Noticed that you allocated only 3 points for STR. But at the Status page, your STR is more than 30 points? How do you allocate weight-capacity increasing perk cards like Strong Back and weight reducing perk cards like Bandolier this way? I normally need to carry lots of items at the backpack so I invested all 15 points just for STR alone with little bonuses from gears and consumables. Please do advise. Thanks.
so I've copied everything he's been doing up to the 2K per kill minus the companion in preparation for the double XP weekend it's currently Saturday by Pip-Boy says I have double XP but I'm only getting 1700 per kill. is the double experience not reflected in the numbers when killing enemies?

Great video once again mr turtle. I'm bit confused on Herd mentality when I read it it said u have to be on a team and be close to team mates to gain extra intelligent. Or is it as long as I'm on team then then I gain extra intelligent?
just be on a team
You are just simply amazing mate, Kudos, HATS OFF!!
dont forget about chest piece armor mod bio comm mesh. it will make berry mentats last longer.
Awesome and helpful as always!
Are you saying whatever you ussd last is the only one that counts?
yes the one you use last will override previous one
@@AngryTurtle ok, thank you!
Just to let everyone know magazines don’t stack, and I found that out the hard way lol. Live and Love 3 is the best for this. In double xp and mothman buff I’m getting around 4k per kill, insane!!
Just got FO76 and am liking yr videos 🎉
Great video as usual Turtle. One thing I have to ask is that in your latest video, you do not mention a connection between instigating weapon and grenade buff as you did in the last video. Did Bethesda nerf this? Levelling up with nuka grenades is just too much fun to pass up. 24,000 XP per explosion. Boom.
it's still working I just didn't want to make this video any longer maybe I will cover it separately
What gun are you using ?
i imagine Angry turtle just being the literal final boss of this game .
Isnt the chance for rare rewards lover in high levels? After lvl 400 i can not find reason why to rush leveling up.
I will say nuka candy but probably it's more time lost to get the right effect rather then the xp boost
Should have seen my friends facet when iv gone from being 50 lvls under them to 100+ above them after using some of your tips lol... got up to 3.3k ex
Dude i wonder if you can boost the time for syrums
According to you is it possibile to mix this perk with a stealth commando build? I just came back to f76 and im a bit lost 😅
yes it's possible
@AngryTurtle thank you very much, any suggestion? For sure I have to max out int and luck
wouldnt you get a bigger buff from using a different ally and getting the 15% sleep bonus?
sleep is always 5%
What’s your outfit on this video ?
You could also nuke the center of the map and have glowing enemies in westek....
don't do that it will reset them to standard lvl randomisation
@@AngryTurtle Interesting
Does anyone know where the plan is for the lead pipe
Thanks for another excellent video. Turtle is wise, Turtle is good!
Thank you Turtle sir.
Any time!
Great guide. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
What helmet is that and the outfit?!? So cool, also the new allied gives cool boost
How do you get that backpack? I took a break from the game.
How do you put all this perk cards? I try put stats special like your but I don't have enough perception and strength
legendary perks if you don't have them all yet just drop whatever is not essential for you
Heey angry turtle, first I wanna say that your videos are realy well made, love the math behind everything.
Can you do or maybe you allready have a video about the vats hit change perks/build?
It's a awesome play experience👍
Should use Live Love 3. %187 Crit damage from blight soup
Nice video again!
So basically you don't even need bobbleheads or magazines during double xp?
if the cap is 4k and you get 2k without those already.
That is correct
just came back from a year of not playing and gotta say beds have changed
Thanks.
try being carnivore if you like carry weight

Is there any underlining to boost intelligence for the secret service under armour
no
Amazing guide Turtle 🐢 !
Glad you liked it
Hello! How do you get the very well rested buff (100% XP)
lunch boxes x4
Thanks for the xp tips you're videos are great 👍
so I've copied everything he's been doing up to the 2K per kill minus the companion in preparation for the double XP weekend it's currently Saturday by Pip-Boy says I have double XP but I'm only getting 1700 per kill. is the double experience not reflected in the numbers when killing enemies?
it should be reflected
@@AngryTurtle I must be missing something then, I'll rewatch the video.
The description of herd mentality makes it sound like you need to be near team members. Gonna have to add that. Was getting around 3300 last night.
does the granted holotape game in grafton dam not count for the +1 INT ?
He said in the video you cant plan for that.
