I must say i respect you so much after watching this video because it has convicted me. I go to church on Saturdays kodwa xakuthwa overtime at work ndilapho and i don't think twice, icawe zakuma kancinci. As umtu i guess we tend to forget that even that job isuka kuThixo, it's so easy to fall into the trap of worshipping or idolizing God's blessings to us instead of the source of those blessings
It's true hle Thembi. We have to prioritize in our lives and if our jobs are getting in the way of the most important things to us, we might need to make changes and God will bless us for those sacrifices. I'm happy I've made you have a change of heart.❤❤❤

So what do you choose, private or public?
I still choose private and I will be working in the private sector but I just don't want to be employed by a hospital anymore.
Hi Nurse Hlalis I hope you are doing well can you please do a video for us about the pro’s and cons about working in the private sector vs government sector according to your experience because I know for everyone it is different and the salaries and benefits of each sector You don’t have to say the exact amounts but just say which one is better according to you and why please….

Ja true at private patient is for the gynae..."nurses there they nurse drs feelings "I do locum there I have seen it all I CNT n won't cope in that environment
Lol it's a very toxic environment honestly. But some hospitals are better than others.
Am curious if South Africa hires nurses outside of SA...amy info?
Yes definitely. I've worked with nurses from outside SA.
