I realised that in the public facilities deaths are common because unfortunately equipment is lacking a lot. But also the pregnant mommy herself also needs to take care of herself and do what her midiwfe and ob says because then when labour comes and there’s comps that she didn’t know about and something goes wrong it’s suddenly the providers fault. That's so true. The government really needs to improve the state of public hospitals. They are too overcrowded and the staff is overworked. But women can really help to make the situation better by taking responsibility for their health.
