Bagsakan means "throwdown". This was actually a special number during a "Parokya ni Edgar" concert which is why Chito is sweating, because they were halfway through their concert. Chito is not a rapper but he is the Parokya ni Edgar's front man, they are primarily a punk rock band similar to Limp Bizkit and Blink 182, but they also delve into other genre of music for fun to entertain the fans and usually include a parody cover of popular songs ala Weird Al Yankovic style. Francis M and his apprentice Gloc9 were special guests of the concert who showed up for a surprise number, a rap throwdown. Francis was the first Filipino rap artist to release a rap album in the Philippines back in the 80s and is considered the father of Pinoy rap. He later became one of the pioneering VJs of MTV Asia which was based in Hong Kong at that time, hence Chito's comment about Francis coming fresh from Hong Kong. Gloc9 was just starting out as a new generation rap artist under the mentorship of Francis M who had started his own music label and they both joined in on this special performance to help entertain the crowd and promote Gloc9 as well.
FRANCIS M. was the first ever Filipino artist that introduced hiphop to Filipinos and he also the one that promoted rappers and bands to perform, collab together and unite in the Philippines because they were competing with each other. He was the King of hiphop in the Philippines. This song was released in 2005 and the performance was in 2007. Francis M. died 2 years later. Chito is the frontman of the band Parokya Ni Edgar and Gloc 9 is one of the most influential and famous rapper in the history of hiphop in the Philippines, his signature is rapping fast.

The setting is a typical Parokya Ni Edgar concert. They like being close to their audience. Attending one of them was the best night of my life. They are huuuuge stars here. Chito is their front man and main songwriter. Francis M is conaidered the godfather of Philippine rap and hip hop. He is a legend in the country. And like you noticed, Gloc9 raps very fast. That's his signature. Francis M was his mentor.
It's nice to see the Godfather of Pinoy Hiphop, Francis M. He was taken too soon by God. May his soul rest in peace. We will always look up to him as one of the local music industry's greatest treasure.

There used to be a good festival in the Philippines called the Oktoberfest. Basically every October a lot of the really big bands gather together and make a big concert where the only thing people had to pay for to get in was booze. That's why everyone is drinking. 😂
