I lost it when I heard the Mario Pipe drop sound effect! Most new riders experience a reality check in the dunes for the first time. Razor backs are one hell of a teacher for newbies. Glad everyone was ok. Bike included.
@lothre we literally told her how dangerous those areas were the whole way out there. Until you see them in person you don't really understand how easy they are to accidentally ride off of.
Number one rule of riding sand dunes is never go straight over a dune. You never know what or who is on the other side. Always carve the dunes. Hope she was alright, dune crashes are no joke.
@SeanMooreFilms lol non of the riders in front where close to her they just took off. Non the less be safe and smart out there you can get really hurt in the dunes.
Lucky she was all good. Could have been nasty hospital lesson over a "im gonna be hurting tomorrow" lesson. Done have many dunes in Aus so id love to ride 2 wheels or and SxS. Not a fan of riding atvs, i run my feet over
The "oh shit" like she is annoyed but also concerned a little is hilarious.
@squid_racer lol, it wasn't even an "are you ok" type oh shit.

@@SeanMooreFilms yeah, experience is always the best teacher sometimes, sadly.

Yeah she was fine, I was glad it didn't scare her into not riding anymore.
@@SeanMooreFilms Glad she is still interested in riding. She'll get more accustomed to riding sand and I hope she enjoys it!
Yeah I agree, clutch in the sand compared to dirt is way different for a new rider.
Pizmo is notorious for this, the backside of the dunes there are dangerous because of the strong winds off the ocean.
@MrSMX990 i can't even imagine how bad it is there, those ocean winds gotta be way stronger
The fat sized operators are concerning with the shirts and a helmet for 1 brain cell between the ears.
Maybe don’t teach her there until she can figure out how to put it in gear, smooth throttle, and brake.
Sometimes she did really good, others she was nervous and basically clutch dropping.
When you are so new at something you also don’t know how little you know.
You're absolutely right!
Ouch hope everyone was ok!
@@OdysseyOffroad yeah, she was fine. She didn't really realize how lucky she was that she didn't get hurt.
My buddy did this to a jeep. Damn near broke it in half. Except it was in Las Vegas. Their desert is less forgiving the ground as much harder.😮😂
@Timejump369 wow, that would be scary AF.
Bro do not let the new rider lead in the dunes..
She wasn't leading, there were 4 of us in front of her.
@SeanMooreFilms lol non of the riders in front where close to her they just took off. Non the less be safe and smart out there you can get really hurt in the dunes.
Great coaching🙄
@@jasonb7394 lol
They knew she was gonna do something stupid
@Chiefonenut Well we had hoped she wouldn't, told her the whole way there to stop at the top of anything she couldn't see the bottom.
@@SeanMooreFilms It was in the sound of the voice
i wish that my sand geckos werent dry rotted :/ miss those tires
Some people hate them, i think they work fine.

Yes, we saw it happen from the bottom. She was super lucky.
