The original ending was different. There were flashbacks of Von Rudloff being made fun of by Hitler and his men. He was ordered to kill himself but couldn't do it. Then we cut to him shooting himself.

Yep, I seen that version in Italy. He pulled the gun on Hitler, but couldnt do it. Hitler then ripped his ass a new one and ordered the guy to off himself... was an interesting scene.

Long ago use to keep laughing myself senseless around 53:50 over "Small man grows bigger..." scene with that fly master but thought that scene went a lot longer with that small/big man beat talk overs... where that at least put a smile on my face this time round.
