Aren’t you supposed to give them a stuffed animal or rolled up towel to hold onto for comfort and security while giving them baths? That’s what i see people in other vids do. Notice how he instantly calmed down the second he had the towel to grasp on? Infant monkeys in the wild are used to holding on to their mothers nonstop, and they especially need that sensation of having something to grasp when they’re scared and stressed like during a bath. I can’t believe your breeder didn’t tell you this, I’m not even an expert i just watch a lot of vids and even i know this.
And all monks are different. My marmoset girl has never wanted to cling to a stuffy. She would always drop it so I stopped trying to make her cling to one. She’s rather be on my arm. She plays with stuffies but they aren’t her security. I know they mean welll….injust find it ironic that the people that have never cared for a monkey or owned one. They’re the most critical and have the most “advice” for people that own monkeys. Your baby looks great your doing great
Can u please tell us what breeder you got him from? We ask because we don't know, im sure you needed to ask as well when you started out. He is very cute. ❤

He is a cute little bugger. Kinda noisy, or maybe just letting you know he doesn’t care for the bath.
