Great job Cuz!!
I like the over-engineering in solidworks!
If something is worth doing, it’s worth over-doing haha
Great job! I think you can modify it for other movements.
Great brother really helpful video ❤️
Wow nice project 🤩
I believe it will rust on the unpainted/unprotected inside of the tubing.
Cool job please what the name of program used to make the 3d model
Solidworks
❤❤
Cool build. Can you share how you made the holes? Is that a plasma machine?
Plasma cutter. I bought mine from Eastwood but you can get one from F. Marketplace for a reasonable price. You do need to have an air compressor tho. Another option would be to get a drill and a hole saw set.
@@3DPrints4TC cool. Thanks
Pls what is the measurements
💛
Nice job, but i need to know. 0.9 mm of thickness? I'm making my power rack with 1.25mm thick tubes (2" x 2"), can you tell me if they will support the weight?
Good job the only downfall i see is the j hooks. They are going to eat your bar alive lol
Great job! I think with today's prices it will be over 60 bucks
This is true, right after I made this video, metal prices went thru the roof! Almost triple the cost
this is rack may be use 30-40 years = 1.5 dollars on the year)))
hey, whats that little piece you used to draw the holes on the rack?
A little 3D printed template I made for the J hooks.
@@3DPrints4TC Hey, I don't mean the J cups. I mean the stencil looking price you used to draw the holes for the Jam cupsYou know the holes that go up and down the rack
That was also a little metal template I cut out to give me symmetrical hole spacing. It was also a guide for the plasma cutter to make as round a hole as possible
@@3DPrints4TC So you cut the holes with your plasma cutter ? What size and spacing did you use ?
👏🏻👌🏼
Did you use mig to tack it up then stick to weld the joints?
Stick for everything
Software used?
What tool did you use to cut the holes? Some sort of gouging lead?
Cheap Chinese plasma cutter you can buy on Amazon. You do need an air compressor to run it tho.
What software do you use to design?
Solidworks 2015 or later but any free cad software would work
spacing between holes?
At 0:49 I have it listed at 3 inches 😉
How much can an average male bench press?
There’s not really a average it depends on how long the person has been training, genetics, and if they’re natural or use peds. I’d say a good bench would be a 225lb pr, 315 squat, and 405 squat. Bench, squat, and deadlift are the main big three lifts.
id say around 145-175 with no training. my personal best is 335.
Tree-fiddy
Cost of steel
I think the title said $60 dollars? So 60 bucks
