How to Fix Webcam not Showing in OBS | Webcam Does Not Show Inside OBS | Webcam Won't Work in OBS. In this tutorial I will show you how to fix your webcam in OBS. I will give four different fixes that you can try in order to get your webcam showing again in OBS.

None of these were my issue but this video did guide me to where I DID find my issue. In the properties for my webcam source in OBS the cam was set to a resolution the cam didn't support for some reason. I changed this to a supported resolution and the image immediately came back. Spot on brother! Was trying to figure out how to stream and had the webcam open in logitech's software. Closed logitech's software & then restarted OBS. Worked perfectly, and you explained it in less than 90 seconds! And all without making me feeling stupid. Rock on!

Ahhhh, deactivate was my issue too. I was testing something out, made a new version of my camera, and didn't have deactivate on. All hell broke loose. Good thing I was doing this a day before I go live. Great vid, dude!

I was searching literally for 20 hours to find a solution for this problem... i deactivated my gdata firewall, uninstalled the webcam, clear-installed my pc, tried a few other usb-ports... nothing seems to work. sometimes my webcam showed and sometimes it doesnt. and i werent able to figure out how i get it to work correctly in the scenes i needed... and then u came with this...
