Start out with a way lighter color to draw it on and blend away...then take a way skinnier flat brush to do a darker color as close to the bottom of the line as possible and then one more darker than that color with an even skinnier line (so your going to go from darjest to lightest pretty much but put them on lighest to darkest....if that makes sense? ) and then your glitter goes under that.... If you want the really, really sharp dramatic,cut crease you will then take a thin, flat concealer brush and press it,underneath your crease dragging,it down toward your eyelid doing this all the way across your crease and then fill in your lid space, set with powder and voila! :)
