- The cut crease is an eye-shadow technique where you use a dark, bold color in your crease and a lighter color on your lid to define your eye socket. Cut creases, although a great technique to create a new, higher crease and make your eyes look bigger, are pretty time-consuming and hard to do regardless of makeup experience. Enter the Crease Piece.
Producer Nico Reyes tried out the Crease Piece, a product that claims to move the process of creating a cut crease along and make it easier for anyone with any eye shape to do. After trying the technique using the Crease Piece and a regular spoon, she decided if the Crease Piece is worth it based on how well it fit her eye shape and how it compared to just using a spoon.

The issue is not that she has almond shaped eyes. The issue is that she has hooded lids...which makes application of shadow (with no natural crease) very difficult! This makes eyeshadow work on hooded lids! Yay! ☺️👍
Don't I know...I have SEVERE hooded eyes. This video just made me realize I'm wasting my time yet again watching crease make up videos when I know that it is not possible for me to do. Time to switch to hair and skin care videos

It looks like according to pic you’re using it going the wrong way, the smaller side goes on the outside of your eye to create the wing shape
if you look closely at the crease piece at 0:05 there's the R for the right eye, which is the one I was doing. they do have a wing shaped shield though that does have the smaller side pointing outward. this is the almond one! 😬

Well a spoon is a product so you aren't wrong. We buy spoons to use them as a tool to eat. Anything that we buy is a product so not sure why that is funny if you are correct 🤷 also both eyes look the same to me. I think the crease piece is just a way to make money honestly
