Empyr to me smells like a very bitter orange. Think about when you peel an orange with your hands or that smell that stays on your hands is what it smells like. with frieze metallic tones and at the same time warm by ginger. as it dries it becomes a little sweeter, but you always smell that bitter and metallic orange. the duration on my skin is brutal. I'm talking about more than 8 hours, feeling very good 6 hours. it is sublime. one of the best spicy citrus that I have tried together with Imagination by Louis Vuitton and which is also a creation of the master Jacques Cavallier

I’ve seen you have several Le Gemme videos. Can you tell me your ranking of the Le Gemme line?
I would love too. I probably need to collect more of the popular ones to give an honest breakdown. Out of the ones I have I would say Empyr is my favorite, it’s clean and elegant. I won’t say it beats Tygar, but to me it’s at the same level.
So this is interesting on me its very animalic theres a note that gives off a blood smell thought i was going mad until i checked fragrantica & other's seem to also get the blood note. Definitely not a blind buy! From the entire collection the best by a longway has to be gyan. There's nothing else like it its very mass appealing gets lots of compliments but its also unique. One of the best frags of recent years
I can see that. Maybe it’s the metallic smell that I pick up. I can see that turning funny on certain people. Gyan, I haven’t tried it yet, is it a heavier scent or light and fresh?
@vscents5674 it's not heavy at all I overspray with it! It's by the far the best in the line. It reminds me of bleu de chanel not in smell but in feel it that makes sense? Looking at the notes you might think it's a heavy fragrance but it's not at all. There's nothing funky about it. It's very smooth with nice citrus at the top. I haven't tried anything similar. Definitely test it if you can

@vscents5674 yeah I own a few of them, imagination, l'immensite, meteore all are really good. I managed to get a 30ml of gyan for about £35 here in the uk you can buy 30ml bottles of a few of the le gemme line. They were given to passengers on first class Emirates flights. Absolute bargain at that price. Definitely try it when you're next in a store that stocks the line. There's also a new release from the le gemme line but I think it might be feminine I'm not sure
