Hey. My name is Josh Brown and I work for Goodfellow Brothers as a Grade Setter from IUOE Local 701 in Oregon. I began my job as a union laborer. I gained my current role by showing up every morning an hour early and learning on TH-cam how to effectively operate Trimble guidance tech. As almost all the people I worked with knew very little and my company does not have an effective training program, I became a bit of an expert on TH-cam how-to videos. I have been in my role for a couple years now. However, my education is ongoing and will remain ongoing. That said, i just wanted to tell you guys that your videos are awesome. Hands down the best and most informative in the industry. Thank you for all that you do.
Well thank you very much. I am soooo glad these are helping. I told myself when I set out to make these that I didn’t want them to be flamboyant or too flashy, but also not to make boring videos that only kind of help. I settled with the basics but broke down and explained button by button and why to use it. I am glad they help. And I applaud your effort to learn this because we only retain this knowledge by doing and pushing buttons. Thanks for watching.
Is that a new update on the TS7 for the offset line? I've done plenty of models but I have to do mine through CoGo I don't have it on my main screen like yours so I have to extract it from the lip of gutter shots through CoGo. That would definitely save me more time
@@JeffLarsen-iz8qk never heard of it I'll have to look into it. I'll give you a cool tip though especially if you're working with blades go to CoGo and subdivide your line and put it every foot and you'll have a solid tight model. Makes a big difference with the machines
