@@catschamomile298 I tried to use overlapping ingredients so that even though they are very different flavor profiles, you could make a few of them at a time with similar ingredients. Can't wait to hear what you think of them!

I will buy a watermelon tomorrow and try these recipes. How would we make pasta sauce without tomatoes? I have made it with cooked beets. I saw recipes online.
I gave up meat. Not giving up tomatoes...lol. I never liked gispatcho... i prefer chips and salsa🥰 I love all fruit... except watermelon. I think because I spent EVERY SUMMER as cheap labor for my grandfather's victory garden. I have rotated and turned more watermelons in 100° weather than I care to remember. But I watched and liked because MUNSON MADE THIS!!!

Trying putting a mixture of chili, and agave on medium thick watermelon slices and grill them at your BBQ. Will be sure to be interesting.

I think watermelon would work in a tomato marinara as well. Maybe I'll experiment a bit and make another video!

FYI you puréed the watermelon you didn’t “juice” it as you kept referring. Juicing is when you separate the flesh from the juice.
