Ever since I was 11, a boy named Luke has visited me every other month in my dreams. I found him on a tree. He had blue-brown eyes and a perfect smile. We grew up together and went on adventures in the mountains and played in the ocean. He was so kind and gentle that I found myself falling in love with him, waking up, and realising it was all just a dream. He told me that he had another name, but couldn't say it because it would spoil my future.
I came to believe that "Luke" was my soulmate visiting me in my dreams. The older I got, the less I believed in soulmates. I have met many wonderful gentlemen in my life, and I have come to realise that there are many opportunities that the universe provides us, and that Luke was just simply my standard for dating, and someday, marriage.

I hope you find them, I'm a Dream walker which means it's a possibility I can visit others dreams..funny enough at one time I believed I was Trans, my name at that time was Lucas..another time it was Lee my middle name. At this point I'm pretty sure I'm just gender fluid, at the very least I remember a girl I met in a wheat field she was wear a Midvale white/cream night dress. She was very nice tho I can't remember her name and another time I was walking to a bench on cliff ledge, we just sat and talked and at one point she said "I wish you were real" and I responded " I am? Aren't I dreaming?" We both kinda look at each other in a funny way, then bursted out in laughter the only problem is anytime I tried introducing myself by my birth name...u woke up. Unreal love can be pathetic, sad, halarious, stupid or even nonsense, but in the end is just a lonely person in need of love that searchs from scratch to at least have some of it, even if it means to only give and not having back, only knowing it isnt real but holding into it like reality itself, only daydreaming about that one way love, about how would it feel to be loved and cherished, to have someone by they're side, to not just give and expect nothing. To handle back the tears when they realize that love isnt real but they have nothing else to hold onto, that they're alone in this life path.
So yeah, it's pathetic, but i think that what it makes it beautiful. Love is unreal in eany other way, love is a chemistry that I will never understand since in itself it is for the purpose of forming a family, so i find beautiful to love something you can't have nothing whit, were you can only stare, a state where you can only crave for that unreal love and hope that maybe one day, one day it might be reciprocated and it makes such a delightfull story out of it.
So from that, tou can underdteand i find very upseting using that word or definition whit such s mean demeanor, when, maybe it is the right word but i must insist is not whit the right intencions.

It’s weird when you accept being alone and given up trying with people. It gives you an odd comfort and only really sucks when you start to feel lonely but once you learn to get past that it’s peaceful. You can be a decent person and make people around you smile and laugh and yet realize none of those people ever care once your out or sight. Get screwed over and used. Yet knowing people out there genuinely have love and real connections is beautiful. I wouldn’t say I have hope or anything anymore but you learn to appreciate things even if you don’t have them. For all those out there in a similar boat just know in your own way you’re amazing and no matter how rough it gets as long as you don’t give up you’ll move forward, we’re all going to die eventually and all be forgotten so for now appreciate the moment you’re in and the short life you have. It’s full of so many ups and downs and once you learn to appreciate how bad things get and can be, everytime things start getting even a little better it’ll always be even more appreciated and cherished. Kinda hard to explain but you’re good and you’ll make it.

I mean I’m only 25 so I’m sure I’ll find someone eventually but I work 60 plus hours a week and on my days off I’m still busy working and the hobbies I have don’t usually have women in them. Plus after a pretty bad long term relationship I ended up also stopped using social media so in order to find someone I’d really have to put myself out there and go out of my way to find someone and at this point.

I started writing a novel. It was unoriginal and uninteresting. Ended up being really disappointed in myself. But one night, my main characters visited me in my dreams. They hugged me and thanked me for creating them. They said they were parts of me, so as long as they love me, I know love myself. It may sound silly, but it really helped me to stop being so hard on myself. I'm in love with my characters. They are only mine. It hurts that they are not real, but it hurts in a good way.

Fell in love with a girl, but I don't know if she exists or not. I've seen her once in a dream. She's a wealthy man's daughter, ran home because her parents were mad at her. She was nice, and more polite than most rich kids. I met her randomly on the street. She wanted to get some rest somewhere. Seemed nice so I took her in. In my dream, I knew her but she didn't know me. Her parents were well known. She took a shower, I gave her my clothes to wear. Nothing stupid happened but, we just talked for a long time. The dream was short but it felt like hours. She knew how to cook and made me a meal. The moment when she was calling me to come to the table, then I woke up.
She didn't look like a model or something but, she was beautiful. Her smile, her expressions, her eyes, everything.
Recently when I was sick, I got obsessed with a friend of mine. Didn't know her that well but at that time suddenly it felt like she was the girl from my dream. But as I got well, the obsession quickly diminished. I came to my senses that we weren't meant for each other. Now this playlist brought back the memories of that dream. I suddenly remember her face. My friend doesn't look like her at all. Those thick eyebrows, puffy cheeks, piercing brown eyes, smooth soft black hair, that red checker shirt, I remember it all.
Yet I can't find her anywhere. Maybe she doesn't live in my country, maybe she doesn't exist at all. But somehow she messed me up pretty badly.
That one dream, I still remember the details vividly. As if I had just seen it a few minutes ago. Till now no woman ever feels romantical to me. I feel no connection, I can't match with anyone. No crushes, no female friends, nothing. I feel lost, searching for that perfect girl of my dreams knowing that she has indeed never existed at all...
This reminded me of a dream that I had I was married to this guy we are arrange to be together but I still fell for him we had 12 kids 5 are adopted we had a happy life then I wake up.

It's ok if you don't believe in it, i know not everyone does, but it sounds like reality shifting to me! She exists, in another world she's there. She'll always be somewhere, and you can certainly return to her, if you so choose. You already know so much about this reality that you must've accidently gone to, that if you know you can get there again, you will. I believe in you! I hope you see her again soon!

When I was six or seven, my family went to a park with a bunch of nooks and crannies, and we would always try to get lost in the labyrinth. One day, I hurt myself playing and I snuck into a corner to cry. A small girl approached me and to my surprise, she comforted me.

It is far better to love fictional characters than to love no one at all, because in this way you keep a loving heart, you keep love in the environment in which you live. I love people in history. They are not gone: their spirits are very much alive in their works. And they've shared their highest values in their works, so we know who they really are in their hearts.
I feel I've fallen in love with someone my mind made up. I can see him so clearly in my mind, hear him and feel him. I see him in my dreams. We talk and it feels so real... But when i wake up, i have to realize he is not here... He is not real. I wish this comment was fake. But it's not. It breaks my heart because I feel so much emotion when i look into his brown eyes. My mission. But, this heartbreak i feel has always been in the background, like I'm missing someone I've never met. No matter how much good i do, im always harboring this depression deep within me. Maybe I'm meant to be alone, but it doesn't feel like it. I just wish I knew who this man was, if he is real. Even if I can never be with him, i just wish I could know him and share life with him. Just be in his golden presence in person. If i could, i feel it would heal some part deep within me. Dear God, or universe or whatever.... I'm just a soul here to experience. I don't know what I'm doing. Help me.

I joke because I can relate, and its why i clicked on and began to listen this video/playlist... -- I enjoyed a dream, about two nights ago, concerning a woman who I connected with on such a pure level. It wasn't so much the romantic hoopla of makeout seshies and etc; but instead a calm, gentle sense of purity in each others hearts. We could both sense that the love dwelling in the others heart was of a divine origin.. pure.. kind, lacking violence, humble, yet having a human, even childish strength. We were magnetic to each other.
She met me as I was sorting through books that were covered by a sandstorm (k its a dream so don't ask why the sandstorm etc lol), from there I said stopped to chat as she was on the kitchen cooking for a group of people at an event. You could tell we both just wanted to keep absorbing each others kind, comforting vibe.
Towards the end of the dream we sat together looking though some book or something. Sharing touch whenever we could. It was like we were both touch starved, connection starved, and as a result, just subconsciously making friendly points of contact between us. Yet in a safe, non-intrusive or uncomfortable way. Just an almost childish & innocent desire to connect.
I woke up shocked.. awed.. and obviously, somewhat frustrated it was only a dream. It didn't feel like a dream. It felt like she was the oerson i had been praying for the last decade.. there she was.. i soent some hours with her.. if only in dream land .. and my attraction to her was deeper than any lust or convinient connection. It was simply magnetic. Honestly.. wow..

I'll join the others and chime in as well. You may feel like you're hard to love, or that you're unlovable even. You however are not bad, you're just hurt. Give yourself time to think about what you want in love. You do deserve to be loved, and anyone who says otherwise hasn't seen you at your worst, they haven't seen what you went through. Once that wound heals up just enough for you to take another step, then take it. No matter what life throws at you, you will take that step forward. Because even if it's just one step at a time, you will one day look behind yourself and see the distance you travelled. It might not look like much now, but one day you will be able to see how far you've come from that painful chapter in your life and say to yourself "I made it."

I once fell in love with someone who played the same online video game I did. We had so much fun together, but as time went on I realized...I had no idea who this person even was. I just saw their avatar everyday. It was a weird feeling, that I didn't even know who I fell in love with. I talked to them everyday but really knew nothing about them. Like literally nothing. It just has to be that way, there HAS to be love somewhere out there, even for me. Do you know that feeling? There are dreams and then there are DREAMS. The ones that feel different. The ones, you remember. The ones that make you feel like you're standing at the edge of the universe, experiencing all at once. I've had a dream where I went to a giant forest. The trees were huge and they were of silver wood and the leafes were purple red. It felt...important. I still remember it to this day. And from time to time there are dreams, that feel similar. Dreams where you dive deeper, you know? And sometimes you meet a person in your dream, a person, you've never seen before. They can't tell me, that my head created that person, oh no. That person must be diving deeper, too. Tha problem with diving is, though, you must get back to the surface from time to time😅

I have the full dream written down on my phone and but don't feel like typing all details right now. I'll keep this short as possible, I had a dream of being in a girl's bedroom of an apartment. It was this beautiful woman with brown hair and as she walked in she sat down and started playing with my hair and just being intimate, never have I ever felt such comfort that I can rmr crying at that very moment in the dream. Next all I can remember is her roommate barging in shouting in panic and next there was an explosion. I then began to drift away into a darkness as if being pulled by a force but as I was being pulled I saw the whole building being set ablaze and watching both of them burn. I woke up after that but as I was waking up I was in between being asleep and awake I heard a voice clearly saying "Your soul mate you long for may very well be dead" and then I was awake with tears coming out my eyes. I left out unnecessary details but I remember ever single thing that happened in that dream which is weird bcuz I never remember half of my dreams.

The things I’m doing now are things she will appreciate and be proud of when we finally meet. I often think of how I will court her and what our married life will be like. I always have this dream with this man. I totally get what you mean. Back during my highschool years, there was a guy whose hair is as white as a sheet with golden eyes who'd appear behind me whenever I'm struggling. He'd caress and support me emotionally plus reassuring me that everything is okay but sadly as I got better mentally, he just disappeared one day and then I never saw him appear again. I remember the time where he'd hug me in my sleep when I'm lonely. But now that he disappeared and won't appear no matter how much I ask him to, it makes me sad that he was nothing but an illusion my mind made up.

When I was a kid I would have a vision of a wolf friend of mine who protected me from the trauma I endeared as a kid when my parents fought and I ended up falling in love with him even tho he wasn’t a human he understood my feelings and I saw him as human and he could speak to me and me only and his voice soothed me as I got older I realized I craved being protected by someone and never got that until now and that was hard to go through but I’m so glad I have it now
