I just made these tonight. Absolutely delicious. I would not even know these were made with ww flour unless someone told me. What a lovely recipe! Outstanding job.
@@RiseandShineSuburbanHomestead hi! Not sure if you’ve made the cookies yet but I’d suggest just leaving it out and not swapping with more flour. Replacing with more flour will make it grainy.

I made your soft wheat bread yesterday- best ever! I want to try these but we don’t use pudding mix- do you think I could substitute something else?
Im so glad to hear that! I would omit it altogether and use 96g more of soft white wheat flour. Still delicious without it!

Instant vanilla pudding powder. Not cooked.
I don’t have soft white wheat berries. I have hard red, hard white, rye and einkorn. Would any of those work as a substitute?
