I wish I could hunt as much as you do. I had a very successful goose season in 22, mildly successful pheasant hunt in ND, but would love to hunt all season long in various states across the country. Was cool to see your wife in on the hunt also. God Bless you and the family (dog's included). Can't wait for next season videos!

Love the videos. I live in Tucson, currently training an Airedale to be a flusher. She's doing well, but isn't a pointer for sure. This will likely be a terrible mearns season, but we will be doing our best.

Since I was a kid, all I have ever hunted for are ruffies and sprucies up here in northern Minnesota (as far as upland birds) & we hunt them hard. These past few videos have me wanting to explore some new territory. Thanks for the insight!

Same boat as you up until a few years ago. Then I started taking at least one destination trip a year. Best decision of my life. New birds, new places, and new challenges bring so much joy

I would be more than happy to show you around we have Ruff grouse Blue grouse valley and mountain quail pheasants sage grouse (which require a special permit) Huns and chucker galore you can hunt coast mountains high desert rocket mountains river breaks once you come here you will never leave
In good years those mearns will surprise you where they live! Had a season where we found half a dozen coveys in the flats where we expected gambels. It's been several years since we have seen them there. Didn't see any mearns in that area this year.

About 14min you I Ding birds as hen’ s & not shooting. conservation Move ? Must be hard to do on covey rise . Where are you Hunting ?
Just a personal choice. It is legal to shoot hens. I shot a few but was trying to limit my take. I had already shot one out of the covey before that one, so they got a free pass by me.
