I did my blood test yesterday after 5 weeks of 100% no carbohydrates no sugar no fruits no starch no red meat diet. My Liver panel test result shown AST , ALT , GGT level all perfect! @@reenarana5626 he just took normal diet ,, onlu with less sugar and oil He stopped eating alcohol and also he stopped eating fast food,, also in home he ate lots of fish and eggs but restrained from eating chickem or mutton (except special occassions), he used to consume less sugar ( even in tea he preferred less sugar) , and he reduced eating potatoes,, for the first few months it was hard for him to change his habit but later he got used to it

He stopped eating alcohol and also he stopped eating fast food,, also in home he ate lots of fish and eggs but restrained from eating chickem or mutton (except special occassions), he used to consume less sugar ( even in tea he preferred less sugar) , and he reduced eating potatoes,, for the first few months it was hard for him to change his habit but later he got used to it
