Brought back many good memories. The commercials are what I was looking forward to the most and the samurai Sunday announcer. Thank you for taking me back to 6-7 years old again.

Boyce, you are a hero regardless. I revisit this video every month or so just to bask in it's awesomeness. Find memories of this as a kid. You and your brother are alright by me

I found one of those West Bend electric woks (12:51) at a yard sale I don't know how long ago (25+ years). I still use it about twice a year.

@@johnnychimpo3755 hey Johnny. That's totally cool. The fact that we have as much as we do up there right now is a miracle. I never thought I'd see anything broadcast like that again. I had previously left a very long comment on here where I poured out my soul in regards to how much this film and that broadcast meant to me. It happened at a really hard time growing up. And to be honest, just seeing it again brought back some bad memories, but it brought back some of the best memories I've had as a kid as well. So I'm forever thankful for you having it, and him putting it up on this channel. I hope to find more. And I'm also going to be digging through my old VHS tapes. In the early 2000s, I used to work for svengoolie, and I taped a lot of episodes and commercials. Before that, I taped a lot of samurai sunday, as well as the Godzilla films they would show on channel 66 every Sunday. I also enjoyed Benny Hill and Mama's family. Yeah, I was kind of a nerd back then. However, I'm just grateful to have that simply because it kept me occupied, as well as opening me up to new and exciting things that I wasn't familiar with. That alone helped me try and concentrate on the more positive aspects of my childhood, rather than just sitting there alone and feeling sorry for myself. Sorry if I'm saying too much now as it is. Again, I'm just really grateful to be able to see this again, if only for half an hour.

(Posting on a woman's account) you ever think of uploading it? I use to love watching samurai sunday as a kid, i think it might have been channel 60 too that was close to their style. Elvira on the weekends.
I just remember getting done with sunday school, and running home and had to be around noon, when samurai sunday came on. Biggest downer when they sold the channel to univision

@@christophermuller5700 Heroes Of The East is the original 1978 Hong Kong title,
“Challenge Of The Ninja” was the title given to Heroes Of The East when it was distributed theatrically here in the U.S. by World Northal Corp. in 1981 (as well as syndicated thru their WW Entertainment Television division’s Black Belt Theater syndication package),
