Can someone tell me the best way to put money on IU exceeding current expectations in the 22-23 season? This team is talented, experienced, deep. The only potential weakness is 3 point shooting. Tamar Bates showed at the Hoosier Fan Fest that he is an elite shooter. Worth noting that Bates spent his first year at IU knowing that he was going to become a father for the first time. Every man with a child knows the mental strain that can put on you. I truly believe that Bates will take an Oladipo type jump this year. My only fear is that he will be so good, he'll leave early for the NBA. Either way, I am excited to see him succeed.
