Bas, thank you for this product. It has cured me of my insecurities when going into competition. My biggest enemy is myself and this has been key for me. Thank you very much sir.

Thank you, it has changed my life as well, that's why I want everybody to have one. I have endorsed so many products for free, just because they are good products, never received anything for it, but when I promote a thing I sell myself, haha, people tend not to believe it. Very happy you feel it, like I always say, don't believe me, believe the Published Medical Journals ??!! Godspeed, thank you!

going for a 20 minute walk with a mouthful of oil made me a nose breather. Oil pulling cause i needed to go to the dentist, after a few days found i would wake from a sleep and was breathing through my nose not a dry open mouth. Gums felt better. PS 100 for the o2 trainer seems a bit restrictive. I would buy 2 or 3 for that price. me and gift one to a family member.

Hey man I heard a lot about oil pulling. I use my own toothpaste containing coconut oil, baking soda (its less abrasive than regular toothpaste) and just a tiny bit of 3%hydrogenperoxid.
But I just brush my teeth with it. Can you tell me maybe
      1) how you personally perform it? Do you need to move the oil around or just have it in your mouth? Because I attempted it once and found it was quite annoying to squish it around for 15 minutes straight.
      2) what benefits did you notice?
      3) what oil did you personally use?
      Thanks in advance

I hear what he is saying, but if you just do your cardio, 1 hour a day, and put an emphasis on trying to breathe through your nose then you won't need this device since no matter how much resistance you use on the device it just can't beat out cardio. I actually bought this device specifically because I have sleep apnea and I take shallow breaths while sleeping and wanted to take stronger breaths as I sleep. I won't speak to the effectiveness of this device in that regard, but I will say that just like in working out, there are no shortcuts (in my example trying to skip out on cardio), and though you might get to your destination faster using this device, the things you miss on the way there do not compensate for the benefits.
Im not trying to knock the device, use it with cardio if you want maybe 30 min cardio and this device if you are crunched for time or something but if you are like me and trying to increase lung capacity without doing your cardio, you won't be doing yourself a service

@GS-Is8ws I have sleep apnea as well. Did the 02 trainer help with your sleep apnea? I thought about purchasing one to see if it would help to eliminate my sleep apnea.

OK so if that is the case, should we plug the nose while we are doing the exercise? I think a VISUALIZATION and explanation of how long each breath should be when taken in so we know which cap to use. Also, why can't we breathe out longer periods of time on this? I saw a video where he took the flap cap off and added another numbered cap to exhale all the air out. Shouldn't it be both exercises at the same time: meaning, the breathe in and the breathing out?

Since Covid I ride my e-bikes EVERYWHERE. I haven’t worked out seriously in almost 3 years. I get breathless just walking up a small flight of stairs. I can’t believe how how of shape I am. Will your breathing device help me breathe better, in turn get me back in shape enough to walk longer and play Pickeball again. I use to play for hours. I can only play for about 20 minutes. It’s so frustrating. Thank you for your video!!

how many clot shots did you take? maybe stuffed for life. I would be getting this 02 trainer see what it does for you. Lots of people stuffed up by the vaccines. people all have stockholme syndrome. Doctors accepted gag orders, showed their true colors by taking and giving it whilst ignoring consequences.

I would start walking 30 minutes a day at a 3 mph pace. This will reestablish a good cardiorespiratory baseline. In my experience, cycling compresses the thoracic cavity and shortens the hip flexors.

OK, so a few minutes of mouth breathing while using this thing isn't going to kill you. But why not have a training device that uses nose breathing? (Granted it would be more complex to manufacture, and so more expensive.)

At least i wouldn't drool that much with a nose device😂😂. But its ok, maybe someday i will learn to swallow more😂.

I've been googling for 20 minutes and still can't figure out how to tell which version is the new one. Is it based on colour (blue or green), or something else? Should one look for the designation "2.0" (because very rarely it says anything about that). Virtually no place, Amazon etc, says anything about "this is the new version" or anything, you're just left to guess.

Blue, Green are the same. If you stumble across a blue on that looks like a different design, like the ends look square and curved in, then that was an older model I believe. You can verify the old one and how it looks with a quick search I believe.

95% is breathing wrong, and 75% of those 95% is breathing through their mouths. was an athlete and I was breathing wrong, not mouth breathing but chest breathing, chances you are too are 95%. The 5% that breathes the way you should breathe had most likely breathing classes. That's why we have to explain this since people say "You don't have to tell me how to breathe, I did that since I came out of the womb. YES, and you WERE breathing perfect till you were about 5.5 years old, and that/s wherein goes wrong. There is another video on this channel that explains why that is. Godspeed

Why? For me at least, I have had problems where I couldn't always breathe through my nose right and I would get winded easier unless I did mouth breathing. Having sinus and breathing problems from allergies tends to get people into bad habits. Not to mention, most people really don't understand WHY you have to inflate the diaphragm or better yet even how to. SLOW BREATHING was the key for me. I think most people just push air into their belly but don't VISUALIZE it and simply slow down. Think about it like a balloon and how fast you would blow it up. In order for the diaphragm to be engaged, the breathing in the nose has to be slow paced. I'd like to know why though, he doesn't breathe out slower. I find that slowly breathing in and slowly breathing out work best for me. See, maybe I am still doing it wrong. I still don't really know what cap to use because I can slowly breathe in to match the cap size with the amount of time I breathe in to achieve a full breath.

So do you breath through your nose with the tool or mouth?

    • @nikitaw1982
      @nikitaw1982 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@aaronnoriega9662 strengthens diaphragm so easier to breath through ur nose the rest of the day. Oil pulling and going for 20 minutes walks made me a nose breather in about 4 days. I was doing it for my gums, and had to walk around the block otherwise would just spit it out early. would have to stop walking to wait till got in enough air through my nose. by 3rd day breathing had altered to be able to do the walk no stops. found i would wake from sleep and be nose breathing.
