Thank you! Yes I have used their colour Coal Black on laminate in the past- I did lightly sand it with a super fine sandpaper (200 grit+) to rough it up a tad and then put a primer down first though just for some extra adhesion ☺️
Yes I always recommend at least scuff sanding to get rid of any shiny finish & give the primer something to grip to! You don’t necessarily need to sand it down to the bare wood though ☺️
I’m doing this today on a couple bar stools I picked up at a garage sale ($20 and in great condition!). My only concern: Can the paint rub off with use? Don’t want guests to worry about ruining their clothes..😳

It shouldn’t, no! I have seen it happen at least - particularly if you add a couple coats of topcoat over it, you shouldn’t have any issues☺️
