I really enjoy your videos! I'm glad you found a remedy for the stomach pains. I've been taking Nutrafol for about a month and a half. Prior to taking it, my hair was shedding like crazy. It caused visible thinning in my crown. About a month in, I notice less shedding. Today there were only a few strands and none had falled on my clothes! I do notice my hair is thicker.This product is working for me.
Oh I definitely have them when I let my hair revert fully and just thank the Lord you don't know what a nasty fish fly is! 😂😂 you can find them in areas near large bodies of water 🤢

I drink at least 8-10oz when I take it and then try to consume at least half my body weight in ounces throughout the day.
