Since the late 1860's, the corporate UNITED STATES basically replaced the 'united states of America'. Each state is a subsidiary of the U.S., and each citizen is a mini-corporation owned by the parent corporation. The fact that so few citizens know this is flat out scary! They OWN us. because it isn't. Land tax is not paying for the land. It to pay for the surveys and the people that protect your property rights. Without them someone could just steal your land and kick you off. It often also pays for maintaining the road that leads to your property and keeping the street lights on. The fact that taxes are too high and the government often makes you pay for things you don't want is a different issue, but you cant say you don't own the land just because you have to pay for things it requires. Federal employees may not enter my land without my consent (in fact, no one may enter my land without my consent). That’s why I will never buy a house as a residence, I will only buy property that makes me money. Then it’s somewhat justified me paying the county a fee for owning it. Even the South Dakota Constitution has a provision that states that if you purchased your land from the Federal Govt and hold a Land Patent (or warrant) sign off by the President himself, and the patent was issued under the authority of the 1841 Preemption Act or the 1862 Homestead Act, of which both were both settlement acts of which much of the 'western lands" were settled, claimed, and purchased under. Much of the lands under those acts were related to 40, 80, 120, 160, or 320 acres of land. The 1841 "Act" preempted the land to be FREE from all State Taxes, so long as you kept the Land Patent, of course as per the act, the Federal Govt reserved to collect 20% Tariff on all profits made off the natural resources and minerals and activities on the land. The money was then used to operate the federal govt mostly to defend the borders, infrastructure, and roads. The 1862 Homestead Act amended the 1841 Act, and bascially helped fund the Civil War, and it incerased the Tariff to nearly 40%... Many of the land patents were claimed by Land Surveyors, Town Companies, Business Owners looking to buy land to profit from (speculators), and Farmers. By the 1930's, after the Great Depression, or what I call the "Great Deflation" when the Federal Reserve detroyed the dollar, by removing nearly 80% of the old currency from circulation, it did this to put back into circulation, Federal Reserve Notes (Bank Notes), however, they removed 80%, but only put back in 30%, making money scarce, hard to obtain, leading to the "Great Deflation" or Panic of 1929. By 1933, Roosevelt signs the Federal Emergency Banking Act, which was essentially a Bankruptcy Act, making the UNITED STATES CORPORATION (1871) insolvant, placing liens on all Federally held Property, which included U.S Citizens (persons) under the 14 Amendment. Under the 1933 Federal Emergency Act, there is a resolution - that states, IF you call yourself a U.S CITIZEN< you no longer own any such property rights to person, land, real property, tangible property. ALL Property is to be held by the "STATES", while you merely have "User Rights" to the property. The 1933 Gold Reduction Act was next in line, forcing American Citizens of the States to surrender their Gold, all the gold was to be stored in a U.S Military Base - Fort Knox for a period of 40 years. by 1973, they believed to have control of much of the gold, and delivered the Gold over to the Federal Reserve Bank, meanig, the gold was transferred from Fort Knox to the Federal Reserve Regional Banks. By 1935, they adopt the Social Security Trust Fund Act, meaning, using the 14 Amendment, ALL American Citizens of the Republic of Free States were to apply for, and be issued a Federal Tax I.D #, volunteering to pay a "Tax" on their Net Incomes to set aside monies for future retirement. This was a trick, in order to capture, or enslave Americans forcing them to become U.S Citizens under the Amendment (14). By doing this, AMericans also surrendered their LAND PATENTS to the State, temporarily, allowing the States to collect taxes on the land, of which in most states, helped to fund education, land development, infrastructures, let alone, trap Americans into the Federal Reserve System There are still AMericans left today, who hold LAND PATENTS which have not been surrendered to the States as of yet, however, the states are corruptly trying to obtain control of such lands, just as in this video, in order to control the land today. SINCE ALL LAND was purchased by AMericans by means of the 1776 War of INdependent, transferred as part of the 1783 Treaty, and more land was purchased or taken by means of War or Purchases such as the Louisana Purchase - ALL LAND is held in Federal Trust in the name of the "STATES" aka Public Domain. THe land was to be held in Public Trust until any such Ameican came forward, showed proof of a claim to the land, many of them simply claimed by squatting on the land for 5 years; the LAND PATENT would the be claimed by an AMERICAN to be "RESERVED" by the person(s) named on the patent, most of them bought under the 1841 or 1862 Acts, to be Free from State property taxes. ALso, note, many of the Native American Reservations, are simply "LAND CLAIMS" given by the Federal Govt, of which the Native Tribes hold the PATENTS from that point forward, hence "RESERVATIONS" aka Reserved to the Native Tribes, of which own the land, and of which formed their Soveriegn Territories. So, all a PATENT does is allow AMERICANS to claim 40, 80, 120, 160, 320 acres of land, reserving for themselves their own Sovereign Territory of which to do with the land as they so choose, under the terms set forth by Federal Law, of which governs over the LAND, as per the "TREATIES" agreed to.

That all depends on city and state laws. By city law, i require a permit for everything within city limits. By county law, i can build to US codes not city. For my state, a septic system needs to be survey, land drawings and so forth if 5 acres or under. Thats because theres 200ft worth if drainage lines and it cannot be 50 ft from a well, 10ft from water lines or 10ft from any building by state codes. Also having to makesure water drainage from rain does not flood the system. Over 5 acres, i can do what i want. Legally i can homestead 5 acres preventing changes in my taxes each year. If i own 6, 5 can be omestead with that 1 acre changingnin the tax. Im under farm exemption. Also i can roll any tax into my finacial institution as a load that is being paid off or onto my morgage. Simple things make life a whole lot easier. You will never beat the system as only the people who wrote it will break it Course til that section is patched or stricter then its the people who rewrote it that know how to break it again. Isn't a Patten under Federal law, therefore he should have gone to the supreme Court. Nothing to do with the state. At least that is what I have learned from other videos on land patterns. Patent is : Absolute PERFECT TITLE. Junior titles will not stand in court. Those people can buy the Equity title "tax lien" , but they will NEVER possess TITLE in patent ( superior title). Again: PATENT is ABSOLUTE PERFECT TITLE and titles in equity ( warranty deed, deed, etc) are fraud.

Each state is a subsidiary of the U.S., and each citizen is a mini-corporation owned by the parent corporation. The fact that so few citizens know this is flat out scary! They OWN us. There is a way to quit the corporate citizenship, and retain the original citizenship, and you won't have to pay taxes anymore....... and you will have a dangerous corporation out for you.

because it isn't. Land tax is not paying for the land. It to pay for the surveys and the people that protect your property rights. Without them someone could just steal your land and kick you off. It often also pays for maintaining the road that leads to your property and keeping the street lights on. Do you expect those people to work for free, or don't you want to be able to have access to your property? The fact that taxes are too high and the government often makes you pay for things you don't want is a different issue, but you cant say you don't own the land just because you have to pay for things it requires. That's like saying you don't own your phone because you have a phone bill, or you don't own your car because you have to buy gas and oil and replace parts when they get worn out.

the interesting thing is that there is absolutely no tax lien or mention of having to pay property tax on any title report through escrow. This tax is based on presumed commercial use of the property. It is an excise tax. Unlawful.

The concept of property taxes, as well as the consequences for not paying them are just morally wrong. That’s why I will never buy a house as a residence, I will only buy property that makes me money. Then it’s somewhat justified me paying the county a fee for owning it. Even the South Dakota Constitution has a provision that states that if you purchased your land from the Federal Govt and hold a Land Patent (or warrant) sign off by the President himself, and the patent was issued under the authority of the 1841 Preemption Act or the 1862 Homestead Act, of which both were both settlement acts of which much of the 'western lands" were settled, claimed, and purchased under. Much of the lands under those acts were related to 40, 80, 120, 160, or 320 acres of land.
The 1841 "Act" preempted the land to be FREE from all State Taxes, so long as you kept the Land Patent, of course as per the act, the Federal Govt reserved to collect 20% Tariff on all profits made off the natural resources and minerals and activities on the land. The money was then used to operate the federal govt mostly to defend the borders, infrastructure, and roads.
The 1862 Homestead Act amended the 1841 Act, and bascially helped fund the Civil War, and it incerased the Tariff to nearly 40%...
Many of the land patents were claimed by Land Surveyors, Town Companies, Business Owners looking to buy land to profit from (speculators), and Farmers.
By the 1930's, after the Great Depression, or what I call the "Great Deflation" when the Federal Reserve detroyed the dollar, by removing nearly 80% of the old currency from circulation, it did this to put back into circulation, Federal Reserve Notes (Bank Notes), however, they removed 80%, but only put back in 30%, making money scarce, hard to obtain, leading to the "Great Deflation" or Panic of 1929.
By 1933, Roosevelt signs the Federal Emergency Banking Act, which was essentially a Bankruptcy Act, making the UNITED STATES CORPORATION (1871) insolvant, placing liens on all Federally held Property, which included U.S Citizens (persons) under the 14 Amendment.
Under the 1933 Federal Emergency Act, there is a resolution - that states, IF you call yourself a U.S CITIZEN< you no longer own any such property rights to person, land, real property, tangible property. ALL Property is to be held by the "STATES", while you merely have "User Rights" to the property.
The 1933 Gold Reduction Act was next in line, forcing American Citizens of the States to surrender their Gold, all the gold was to be stored in a U.S Military Base - Fort Knox for a period of 40 years. by 1973, they believed to have control of much of the gold, and delivered the Gold over to the Federal Reserve Bank, meanig, the gold was transferred from Fort Knox to the Federal Reserve Regional Banks.
By 1935, they adopt the Social Security Trust Fund Act, meaning, using the 14 Amendment, ALL American Citizens of the Republic of Free States were to apply for, and be issued a Federal Tax I.D #, volunteering to pay a "Tax" on their Net Incomes to set aside monies for future retirement. This was a trick, in order to capture, or enslave Americans forcing them to become U.S Citizens under the Amendment (14). By doing this, AMericans also surrendered their LAND PATENTS to the State, temporarily, allowing the States to collect taxes on the land, of which in most states, helped to fund education, land development, infrastructures, let alone, trap Americans into the Federal Reserve System
There are still AMericans left today, who hold LAND PATENTS which have not been surrendered to the States as of yet, however, the states are corruptly trying to obtain control of such lands, just as in this video, in order to control the land today.
SINCE ALL LAND was purchased by AMericans by means of the 1776 War of INdependent, transferred as part of the 1783 Treaty, and more land was purchased or taken by means of War or Purchases such as the Louisana Purchase - ALL LAND is held in Federal Trust in the name of the "STATES" aka Public Domain.
THe land was to be held in Public Trust until any such Ameican came forward, showed proof of a claim to the land, many of them simply claimed by squatting on the land for 5 years; the LAND PATENT would the be claimed by an AMERICAN to be "RESERVED" by the person(s) named on the patent, most of them bought under the 1841 or 1862 Acts, to be Free from State property taxes.
ALso, note, many of the Native American Reservations, are simply "LAND CLAIMS" given by the Federal Govt, of which the Native Tribes hold the PATENTS from that point forward, hence "RESERVATIONS" aka Reserved to the Native Tribes, of which own the land, and of which formed their Soveriegn Territories.
So, all a PATENT does is allow AMERICANS to claim 40, 80, 120, 160, 320 acres of land, reserving for themselves their own Sovereign Territory of which to do with the land as they so choose, under the terms set forth by Federal Law, of which governs over the LAND, as per the "TREATIES" agreed to.

I reversed two illegal judgements and now getting education to push their illegal color of title to reclaim my property. I went in with good intentions. I never agreed to pay someone else's loan obligation....I did all to protect myself...but still lacked solid education to stand strong against the corrupt. You cant own land in America you think you do but you don't.if you did own it you would not need to pay taxes every year.or have to get a permit witch is getting premistion from the state to do something to the property you own.
That all depends on city and state laws. By city law, i require a permit for everything within city limits. By county law, i can build to US codes not city. For my state, a septic system needs to be survey, land drawings and so forth if 5 acres or under. Thats because theres 200ft worth if drainage lines and it cannot be 50 ft from a well, 10ft from water lines or 10ft from any building by state codes. Also having to makesure water drainage from rain does not flood the system. Over 5 acres, i can do what i want. Legally i can homestead 5 acres preventing changes in my taxes each year. If i own 6, 5 can be omestead with that 1 acre changingnin the tax. Im under farm exemption. Also i can roll any tax into my finacial institution as a load that is being paid off or onto my morgage. Simple things make life a whole lot easier. You will never beat the system as only the people who wrote it will break it Course til that section is patched or stricter then its the people who rewrote it that know how to break it again. Washington's Court of Appeals denied all of his appeals and motions and ordered that he pay the county's legal fees.
Isn't a Patten under Federal law, therefore he should have gone to the supreme Court. Nothing to do with the state. At least that is what I have learned from other videos on land patterns. Also, a former IRS worker, who was award winning in her field, had flipped insinuating that in fact taxes paid to the IRS is illegal.

I don't care how much the county claims is due in taxes, they have no property rights therefore no right to sell something they don't own. Yeah, yeah, I'm sure they've made up all sorts of statutes and codes that supposedly makes it _legal_ for them to believe this delusion, but it is not _lawful_ . Any law that contradicts the constitution is no law. And I'm not sure that a statute or a code rises to the same level as a law.
Darby is correct, the constitution that all counties are stealing, er, working under is not valid. The treasurer and other governmental organizations are all corporations no different than Walmart and therefore not the government at all. That is why they refer to themselves as government_al_ .

1) Protection of your property - US military, police, firefighters.
2)Paved and maintained roads- so you and other people can drive to it.
3)Schools - so other people around you including your children are educated
4)Government - so the society around you doesn't disintegrate into chaos

You need a loan to buy property and the business that loans you the money charges you between 1 and 2 times the value of said property calling it interest charges.
