Weirdly, the configuration of Langhorne depicted in the game never actually existed: From 1926 through 1964 it was pretty much a circle like what's modeled here, but it was unpaved. It was paved in 1965, but at that time the shape was also changed to add a short back straightaway a (very) short chute between turns 3 and 4.
Guess Pennsylvania is just famous for strange ovals! We had Nazareth, with 3-5 turns, depending how you looked at it, Pocono with 3, and Langhorne was one big circle!

And if they'd have done a 70s version i think i would have exploded with excitement!
Tracks that are big circles like Langhorne are good for testing but would be awful to race at.
Oh why wasn't this game released in Europe! I'm in England and bought this game in the vain hope that one day I can play it 😞
