Helpful info! Do you have info (brand and size) of the PT table you are using to demonstrate? Thanks.

Does perimenopause create change in the fascia? I’ve just begun having heel pain in the last month or two and I recently turned 50.

Our tissues can definitely change before and after menopause!

Would downward facing dog help while in yoga for this pain

It definitely can help stretch that back line of the body through the plantar fascia!

What exercise do you recommend if you have plantar fasciitis AND metatarsal pain? Heel raises causes pain around the metatarsal and I have developed mtp around my second toe

Here's a video that may help with that!

The video suggests heel raises which aggravates my big toe and metatarsls. Thanks for your help!

I tore a tendon in my left foot 15 months ago and it still isn't right. I can walk with a degree of discomfort, but it's standing for any length of time that's a problem. My podiatrist reckons this is more plantar than anything else, but a physio suggested it was a strain of the tibialis posterior muscle. The pain is predominantly in my heel. A bit confused, any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks.

My pain is lateral fascia the podiatrist said my is not where usually happens because is I the other side in the outside of the foot but not the middle nor the heel either, years ago I had heel pain and with 2 injections it was gone forever and that was more than 20 years ago, I have the injection and I don’t think I will have another one

Now that there are no symptoms, keep working on those feet so you can support the strength and mobility of the whole foot/ankle complex!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this video. I got heel pain earlier this year and have been completely stumped on how to make it better.
A podiatrist told me to go get ultrasound or laser therapy :/ really?? I already knew it was a sham.
I knew I had to do more stretching but you guys have really cemented into my brain that it needs to be for a few minutes at a time, and way more consistently than I’ve been doing so far.
So, here we go! Thank you.

Do you have links to the research studies showing ultrasound and low level light therapy not helping plantar fascitis? Thank you

This is my first time listening /watching. I'd like to have more visuals about what the tendon is, where its located and to have access to links to the research that you're referencing to
