The problem with AG1 and other supplements out there is that they are too expensive for every day Americans fighting tooth and nail just to survive the economic crunch inflation has imposed upon us. I just don't understand why companies who are supposedly trying to help people feel the need to overcharge everyone. $79 per month - per person is way too much. Love your videos Shawn.
@@hellencumber562 I am so sorry. I know it is worse for my Canadian brothers and sisters. You are in my prayers that this globalist war ends soon and we become a world of love of all good beings.
Your living the vacation - Hunting, Fishing, Archery, Wildlife photography, Cabin life, Homesteading is hard work but as soon as you put the tools down, you're there. 👍
I so admire you & your family . I did not want this video to end , but this 75 year old Virginia granny needs to get back to stacking firewood . Meanwhile my 82 year old hubby is busy splitting it ! We have 100 laying hens , so we know what's it's like to be saddled to your homestead . May THE LORD continue to bless everything you put your minds , hearts & hands to .
My father was in the US Navy. We lived in Argentia, Newfoundland. The beauty of the coast and surrounding area was amazing. I still miss watching the icebergs drift by in the spring.
It's a sad day when you decide to say "goodbye" to your Northern Lite. We've had so many wonderful trips in ours, and beautiful memories to hold onto. Even though my husband is now with the Lord, and traveling won't be the same, I'm still holding onto my camper as long as I can.
I have been traveling for work and pleasure in Atlantic Canada for years. There are so many reasons to love it there. The people of course are wonderful and you showed some of the beautiful places. I love Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. I've never been to Labrador but it looks amazing as well! I'm glad you are setting a good example for those of us who are willing and able to learn. Good to see Cabin II
Cali is so sweet...she reminds me constantly of the Golden I had....Charlie Brown...he was 120lb of love and affection....and he was POSITIVE that he was a lap dog....get ready Daddy....here I come!!! Beautiful views...reminds me of our own visit to Nova Scotia and then on to Newfoundland.... Canada is an amazing country. Thanks for sharing!! Mark, Kiel, Wisconsin, USA.
You have a VERY special wife. To continue living in your beautiful cabin with no bedroom takes a very special woman. Not to mention the hard work to maintain and build your lifestyle. She’s rare. 😊
I did cry watching Cali jumping in the Atlantic Ocean! And you and your beautiful family and home - that is all that matters, you are together, and safe! The state of the world?? War and more /war....the French expression of 'the more things change, the more they stay the same' resonates with me on a daily basis. You are wise, to prepare as much as possible to be in control of your own lives. Bless you and yours.
You have to prepare for all the possibilities, i remember when my dad worked 2 jobs most of his life after coming home from the war, we never went on vacations, He said that wasn't an option for our family, working hard was always first priority. God Bless!
What an absolute stunning video.. Just loved the travel in Nova Scotia.. I felt so drawn to the place..so beautiful.. it appealed to me as a peaceful, safe place.. 👍🦘🇦🇺🙃❤️🥲
That video is just what I needed tonight. After a mind numbing day working in town, I got to come home to my cabin, sit on my front porch and be reminded what it is that I am working for. Thanks Man
The East Coast has a vibe all its own. Laid back and the locals. My dad was from there and he had a certain practical wisdom, growing up in the '30s, in that area. He logged with a team of horses at 17.
As a second generation American i took a trip up to Newfoundland to see my grandparents birthplace and great and great great grandparents gravesites probably for the last time given the way the world is going. Your neglected grow site shouldn’t be a total loss in fact it may become a natural food habitat in the years to come. Thanks for sharing your journeys.
Ah Newfoundland! The people are some of the best people in the entire country. I am from Ontario but I find the further east you go in Canada the people get nicer. The further west you go the more left wing nut cases they become. BC being the worst. Newfoundland the best.
Being that I travel a lot I find that in time your body wares down the body as I get older. Most foods in Restaurants don’t have high quality foods because of cost. Taking care of animals is a full time job to keep them alive. Even though I only have a dog she still requires care. Even our dogs feel it with long trips. It wares them out as well. I commend you and family what you do and from the very beginning I knew you would do well. I still love your fishing trips you do. Next year I will be up in Alberta fishing with a close friend of mine who also watches your TH-cam channels. Her and I always talk about how far you’ve come.
What a fabulous last trip in your van,the beautiful views and beaches as well as the fishing ports.Beautiful.i cannot get over how varied the different landscapes are as you travel around. It must be harder for these smaller towns getting supplies through in the winter months, although the kids must love their Snow Days off school..I think Cali really enjoyed all her special play times and the beach time .Its great to see her so fit and healthy 🥰
Shawn, Big fan of your passions for work, food, family and life. Cali too! As far as your camper and mobile camping, you’re not on vacation until you don’t have a schedule. I’m sure it was hard to relax being away from the cabin. Never hurts to take a break. The world is a beautiful place. You are a wonderful videographer. Love your choices of background music. Thanks for taking us along!
We have watched your channel since we lived in the UK, with no real idea of where you were located! It used to give us calmness and peace when we had no land. We emigrated to Truro NS in 2021. Had I seen you drive past on your way to cape Breton I would have been lost for words. Amazing how small this world is! We are now pretty self sufficient on our mini homestead and like you struggle to find the time to travel.
WOW, I saw the scallops and I thought of my wife and myself BC in Alma going down and buying Ø2.5" X 1.5" thick scallops and bringing them back to the pup tent and frying them on the pump up Coleman stove. Yummy. She remembers how tight the pup tent was but she remembers how good those fresh scallops were. Thanks Shawn brings back memories.
Just Beautiful and the music too! Muscles, scallops, lobster! And Cali having a great time with Mom and Dad! Very special as well to see where your Dad grew up! Thanks So Much and Many Blessings! DaveyJO in Pennsylvania
If those two red chairs are what I think they are they were placed there by Parks Canada in spots they deem as unique and scenic. I’ve encountered them twice now. Once in Northern Ontario and once in the Banff area. The first site I was “Huh?? Why two red chairs here?” Now I get it. There’s a list online where you can find them. Beautiful video of the East Coast of Canada.
Your videos….always a “10”. I’ve been watching for years. Love your outlook and projects. Glad you do what you do. I have left some of this lifestyle behind due to circumstances, but always embrace it, as it’s truly the best way to live. Thank you for keeping it alive. Continue to stay true your heart….❤️
Beautiful trip thanks for bringing us along. You are definitely on the right track with all the things you and your family are doing to have a more healthy life style and preparing for what is coming.
Glad to hear your family is from Nova Scotia Shawn. I grew up in that province originally from Cole Harbour, Dartmouth . Always interesting to see people from my home province .
Best part of Cape Breton was Meatcove! We stayed at the camp ground there with our RV on the edge of the massive cliff as a Hurricane went by on the ocean! So beautiful yet scary at the same time. We also went for a sail on the Bluenose! We wore Tshirts while back home in NW Ontario they had snow flurries!

Delightful video. Looks like beautiful Cali has a blast! I live on the eastern coast of Maine, USA, and although I have traveled across the United States, I have never been to the islands that are closest to me. Glad you had a nice trip it looked wonderful, thank you for sharing the footage. Was the water too cold for a swim/ Sorry to hear about the camper but Im sure you'll be out there traveling again once your food systems are established, and like you mentioned at least you'll have family to fall back on for help when you travel now 😀👍

Glad you had a nice trip it looked wonderful, thank you for sharing the footage. Was the water too cold for a swim/ Sorry to hear about the camper but Im sure you'll be out there traveling again once your food systems are established, and like you mentioned at least you'll have family to fall back on for help when you travel now 😀👍
15:03 🕷- "Oh sorry, am I in your shot?" 😂
Beautiful memories , time to let go and create more.🐕🇦🇺🙏
I would have loved to get to meet ya when you were here on the east coast. thanks for all the videos ! Cheers !
I was born & raised in Cape Breton, haven't been back in thirty years, beautiful place.
