- Things take more time with a splint on one hand. And with only six days until my vacation, time was short. I made the best of the last days to stay on top of weeds, free up some strawberry plants, and get the last seedlings into the ground.

Enjoy your vacation. I don’t like going away during garden season, but I have done it. My husband stays home so he can care for it while I’m away. He does a great job but I miss tending it myself. ❤
I did. We returned a week ago, then took another week to recover from so many people. I am so glad everything survived so well.
All looks so good. Thank you for sharing.
I am very happy with how everything is going 🙂
You work so hard! Thank you for inspiring us❤ I hope one day you get to have your own farm! Love your videos!!🤗
Thank you! I very much hope I will get to start a homestead or smallholding or farm or whatever you want to call it. It is the goal.
Oh no - a stinky wet mess sounds awful. Hopefully you’ll be able to salvage much of your hard work.
This particular bed keeps on giving me trouble but the rest of the garden is coming along nicely.
Nature doesn't do things fast.
Humans, for some reason, want instant personal gratification and satisfaction.
Hmmm. A look at what's cooking gives me an idea. Maybe I'll make some soup with the meat I took out to thaw.
I used to live a fast-paced life. I kidded myself into thinking I enjoyed it. Now, I don't know how I ever did it. Slow is so much more enjoyable. Did you make soup?
You did a great job of preparing for your trip. Those meals looked delicious. I’m hoping you found your plants were thriving when you returned- looking forward to hearing all about it
