Stop lying us! TensorFlow is still NOT for everyone! On windows I can install only v1.2.

With windows 10, Cuda 9.0, and the latest Cudnn, I installed TFv1.7 just last night. Are you having problems trying to install later versions? One of the fundamental/core values and missions of the Tensorflow project is actually to make it available for everyone. Including you. With that being said - you can do A LOT with v1.2. But if you'd like to install later versions, there are heaps of tutorials to get you going. Post back here and maybe we can help.
