hi. welcome to my first vlog documenting my healing journey and adjusting to a currently very unstable life living on my own, trying to build a home for myself & within myself ㅠ_ㅠ
honestly all I did was ramble and talk about mundane things, tasks and stressors and clean up my flat a little bit but hopefully someone will enjoy watching & spending time w me (^_^;)

i just want to let u know that the healing process is definitely a roller coaster. i haven't personally been thru DV, but i am a SA "survivor" and somedays u will be angry, some days youll feel good, some days u will blame urself and the cycle will go on and on in whatever order it pleases. it's definitely a struggle and very frustrating especially when u are doing everything possible to heal with the tools u have. i cant say when but one day it will hurt a little bit less. im proud of u for sharing because talking about it does bring about a little sense of community and to hear u are not alone in this. im cheering u on!!!!
