  • John from www.discountjui... compares the Omega NC1000HDS Premium Nutrition Center New for 2020, and the best selling Omega NC800 that is a tried and true model that was released in 2013. The NC800 is John's favorite Horizontal Single Auger Cold Press Juicer. In this full juicer review, you will learn the specific differences and similarities between these two omega juicers and discover if it is worth buying the Omega NC1000HDS Premium Nutrition Center instead of the Omega NC800 Nutrition Center.
First, you will discover more about the all-new NC1000HDS Masticating Juicer that is being promoted by Omega as their "Premium" juicer. You will learn why it is being called a premium juicer and if it is worth the premium price.
Next, you will discover the differences in price and warranty of these two machines in the USA as well as getting customer service warranty support from Omega as both these juicers have a 15-year warranty.

Next, you will learn what each juicer sounds like when they are turned on without any produce being juiced and which juicer is quieter.
Next, John will do a juice-off comparison test, and juice equal amounts of organic carrots, tangelos, beets, and ginger. You will learn how much juice each model makes, along with how much pulp was created by each juicer. You will also learn more about the quality and color of the Juice based on John's experience.
Finally, John will strain the juice so you can learn how much pulp was put into each juice and how great the difference was.
After watching this episode, you will learn if the Omega NC1000 Premium Juicer is the juicer is worth the premium price. You will learn which juicer you may wish to purchase based on the criteria you have for purchasing a cold press horizontal juicer. John will reveal which juicer he prefers out of the two machines.

If they are going to discontinue the NC800 I recommend people buy some replacement parts just in case. Screens are only $30. Now I have owned my NC 800 machine for 3 years and it works flawlessly, I've never had any broken parts or failures with the machine. Thanks to you, John and your tips on how to feed and the proper order to feed produce into my machine, I think I have avoided the potential problems with my screen, that others seems to have encountered. But just to make sure I've ordered a replacement screen to have on hand just in case. Thanks again for the reivew, always get great tips from watching your channel.

I have owned the NC800HDS for several years now. It is March 2022 when I write this. I did a lot of juicing with mine and often used it for 8 hours of juicing at a time. Never had any problems. It is easy to clean and works very well. I have owned 6 other juicers and I love this one the best. I have also used this to make frozen fruit puree... also doing this for as long as 6 hours continuous use to process a lot of frozen fruit at once.

      @The_Monolith 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@Baldhills I've had the 800 for 2 years now. Good juicing machine overall, but the silicone seals get a bit moldy with time (as all silicone seals do) and it's hard to clean. The silicone seal at the back is the most problematic - cleaning it with a brush stretches it out, leaving you with a loose fit prone to leakage.

UPDATE on the NC1000HDS - It sucks! I had 5, they all broke, China made, China engineering, lower standards than Korean made!
I just bought a NC1000HDS - So far so GREAT!
Does the NC 1000 have thicker threads holding the feeder tube/chute to the End Cap? Yes. I ordered one, should be here by 12/13/2020...the day of my colonoscopy. I had one 11 years ago and the doc said I was as clean as a whistle! I'd been ingesting what the FDA has as its RDA of potassium iodine for some years to kill skin cancer(s). I also apply it topically to speed up their fate after scratching them off. It worked. Say a prayer for me. Taking up juicing is all about getting healthier.
UPDATE: One polyp, the early stages of Diverticular disease from lack of FIBER! I told the doc about my new juicing lifestyle, he said great, it will stop the progression of the Diverticular pockets but wouldn't fix them. Lack of fiber causes the lining of the intestine to thin, form Diverticula.

      UPDATE: 12/1/22
Chynuh made NC 1000HDS is a thing of the past. I called Omega and told them about their design flaw in the threads connecting the drum/shoot too the end cap. It breaks under the crushing action of a carrot or beet. How small are you willing to cut up your veggies? What I thought was small enough and fed slow enough wasn't enough for the limp POS. Susan, the customer service lady suggested I go down one size to the 900 where it's made in SK where they use American standards. That was what...a couple of years ago now? No worries mate.

Hi, first of all i really like your videos. I was looking for a slow juicer and was considering a few brands including omega. When I saw your videos, I was convinced omega was the one for me. It was just when they released omega NC1000 HDS when I decided to order. It worked great until the locking clip chipped off in a few places. I called, and sent an email explaining and was told the part would be shipped out promptly. After waiting 2 weeks, I called again and was told they had no record of my case. Eventually they shipped my part and so far my juicer has been working fine. Before it broke, I bought a juicer for my parents also. Their juices plastic juicing shoot cracked yesterday. The customer service is non existent. Overall, this company is a nightmare. I can’t speak for any other models but NC1000hds should not be released.

John you are providing brilliant service for humanity and your empiracle knowledge is wonderful. However I wish to reveal compassion backed by evidence. The juice you made contained a myriad of vitamins and minerals however the sugar content.is dangerous and can eventually lead to diabetes. Fruit juice with the exception of lemons and limes and cucumbers are packed with sugar and that is extremely dangerous for people with pre diabetes and diabetes and people with higher levels of blood sugar. Carrots and beets contain massive amounts of sugar despite the vitamin and mineral content..Yes I know Gerson promotes carrot juicing but let me tell you that I have tested my blood sugar levels after juicing Carrots, beets, pineapples, apples and oranges and watermelon and my blood sugar levels were dangerously high. When I switched to green juice they dtopped and when I switched to green smoothies my blood sugar levels dropped to healthy levels. Harvard and Mayo Clinic all say fruit juicing spikes blood sugar levels and is dangerous. Please tell your customers this. I juice cucumbers, celery, ginger and loads of leafy greens with lemon or lime and add in ground flax with cinmamon and stevia to improve the taste and increase the fiber to prevent diabetes..i reversed pre diabetes and graying hair. John please caution your audience about fruit juice and carrot beets juices. I have heard you say correctly to eat and blend fruits in moderation..Fruit juice with the exceptions of lemon juice diluted with water and lime juice diluted with spring water or cucumber juice is very dangerous for anyone with blood sugar issues or concerns.

@@Hiltie1 Yes, that is true. However, the twin gear will be more efficient at juicing. You just have to decide which matters to you the most. Don't buy the Omega NC1000. It is poorly made and Omega doesn't have replacement parts and doesn't answer phone calls or respond to emails.👎👎

    you are criminally longwinded
There should be either a concise or no mention of the differences between a vertical and horizontal juicer when making a video that compares two horizontal juicers.

He is actually getting paid no matter which juicer we get so he is unbiased in his reviews. He isn't afraid to tell the negatives because he has nothing to lose.
His reviews are very thorough too. You can trust him!

OK Michael, you said your piece. Move on. He is who he is. Let him be. You obviously need quite a bit of attention but nobody is hassling you about your chronic need for attention and approval. You think he talks too much. We think you comment too much.

I agree with you Marci. I could have purchased my new juicer for a little less money elsewhere on the internet but I purchased from John as payback for all of the phenomenal and generous information that he has given over the years. 😊

@@mohinibackup3494 I had the NC1000HDS Premium it's really bad. All the black plastic parts are really fragile and break easily. Omega already recalled them ALL. I would go for the 900 series as it seems that they are using better materials, but please research beforehand
