Important to mention: dry thoroughly and not with a paper towel. You want to prevent rust and ideally prevent power crumbs falling into the bearings. Once or twice will be fine but over time it’ll hurt the bearing (from my knowledge of other bearings)

Its part of the design & grip. Harmonys are very slick with little grip.

what's the difference between these bearings and the ones with the black covers?

The black ones are ceramic. They are lighter and provide faster acceleration because the balls weigh much less. They create less friction and are thus faster than Super REDS in this video. More reliable as well but they cost more.

@@clowntrash8177 it’s okay the wheels do spin but they require a piece inside called a bearing without you can’t skate in general. If you need more information I would suggest looking up a few videos on roller skate bearings. They can also help with how fast you go but it’s very important to clean them or replace them once they get to old because serious injury could occur if not maintained
