Haha yes the trail was 55 in total, so over 3 days was pretty comfortable for us even if Dean was recovering from the lergy 😂 Thanks for watching Mark Atb Mark
Hi Mark I’ve just watched both videos back to back and I’ve really enjoyed them both, it’s nice to see you out with Dean I’ve been watching Deans videos for years. atb mate it’s a 👍from me and I’m looking forward to where you take us next time
Dean was my original inspiration from making a channel, and now I’m proud to call him a friend. Glad you enjoyed the videos, we had a great walk and had pretty good weather as only a day after we finished it was flooded everywhere. Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Enjoyed watching this. Lots of interesting places to see with a nice walk through the Peaks on the final day. I walked the trail last week for the 2nd time, although I stayed in B&B’s as I needed somewhere to watch the England v Spain game. Bad planning on my part!
Yes it’s a great walk and I love all the industrial heritage as well so makes for a very interesting trip. Haha fair play getting the game in as well, I fancy doing some walking with either B&Bs or hostels on route to save carrying tents etc Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching Atb Mark
Enjoyed this video bro, had some history along the way and some animals doing their cameo on moo toob and ewe toob. The link walkway between us and the next town about 20 kms away has all been paved from some special grant. No trails or walkways like you have have to enjoy anywhere near my area. Safe travels. Ken.
Moo toob and ewe toob 😂 like it Glad you enjoyed the video, I also love the history of this walk. Me and Dean were actually talking about trails in New Zealand and it sounds like you have very little if any open access land, and most trails are strictly stick to boardwalks or slabs etc. such a beautiful country as well, I’d just want to walk into the hills. Thanks for watching Atb Mark
Thanks Kev, lots of interesting history along that route, love me a bit of industrial heritage so a perfect walk really 😁 Definitely recommend a wander in that area if you can Thanks for watching Kev Atb Mark
Hay, Mark could possibly do without muddy trails mixed with livestock shit would that be? Never the less the trail has to be ticked off once stepped onto. Putting aside the industrial and or muck there were some lovely rural sections on this - Chatsworth looks impressive and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. A decent pitch in the slither of wood. Just the job that. Well, a good finish - loads in there. Well done. Mark
Yes muddy poo mix Isn’t ideal but we don’t let it spoil the fun 😁 A great mix on this trail, I love the industrial heritage, but lots of rural as well. Chatsworth is great, have some great events on as well which I haven’t been to in years. That wood was certainly a slither but was just about perfectly placed for us as it started to get dark. Thanks for watching Mark Atb Mark
@@MarkTayloroutdoors Ah, it looked the right disgusting consistency. Ha ha! Yeah, a good mix Mark - ah perfectly placed camp - that's what I was looking for. A pleasure.
Awesome walk Mark, made my legs ache just watching.
