It being liquid has nothing to do with it. The pH is about the substances used. Dove beauty bar isn't actually soap, it's a syndet. Its pH is neutral so it's fine for the face, good for gentle cleansing. It's not the most _ideal,_ but if you don't have any money for cleansers, it's actually a great option.

Dove soap is the best moisturising soap we have been using even before all these K- beauty products came into the market...It is the best till date keeping the skin moisturised for hours after bath ❤

No, 100% glycerin is not good to apply on skin, it will make your skin more dry if used in too much concentration. It is advisable to use glycerin by diluting it with water So take a drop of glycerin and mix it with few drops of water mix it and apply on face
Dont use raw glycerin… what’s makes you to choose glycerin alone for moisturiser… if you have dry skin go with hyaluronic serum and moisturiser derma co ha+ca moisturiser is the best im combination skin but still it works and do wonder to my skin it also helped for my skin damage last year right now i have severe skin damage…. Then later ceramide helps me a lot…. 0.025 retinol for night cetaphil gentle cleanser derma co ha moisturiser conscious chemist spf 50 pa++++ my simple routine all day
