Earlier my facial skin looked dull all the time, even in the mornings. But following I did some research and made some changes, my face started bright and glowing in just a few weeks. Here is what I did: I ate a proper diet that included foods like lentils, roti, green vegetables, and brown rice. This assisted nourish my body from the inside. I applied a face wash with the appropriate pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litlextraa riceberrry face wash, and it performed nice for my skin.
I made it a habit to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water daily.
I exercised daily, which made me sweat and removed impurities from my body.

Anna, Actually soap as categorised as grade 1,2,3 based on the total fatty matter present(TFM) in it. TFM is the most important factor to choose a soap. Higher the TFM, more moisturizing => good for skin and cleansing. So according to that medimix, chandrika soaps fall under Grade 3 which are not good for skin.

Who said medimix is not good for skin do u have proof regarding it. Moreover many of the doctors suggest medimix for skin related issues.

@@ravananmaruthanayagam600 see due to low tfm medimix is not supposed to use on face that will damage your delicate facial skin and yeah tfm and segregating soaps into grades are done by BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards) that decides the moisturising property of the soap. But everything depends upon your skin type just because a soap got grade 1 or grade 3 it doesn't mean it will suit everyone.
