You know, Hoyo knows how to make good games but let's be honest here, all of their games are severely limited by the fact that they are a gacha, if they weren't then I bet Hoyo would have made games that would be considered some of the greatest ever.

Down the line, they will probably follow up with how Honkai Star Rail does it, where it features at least 1 character that can pair with the limited unit. For instance, Soukaku is an AMAZING teammate for Ellen already, so they probably thought she would be good to have also be on the banner. Hope this makes sense!

No prob. These little guys are helpers in battle! When you activate a "chain attack," you can select them and they will attack with you. However, they can also provide buffs and support too in some cases :)

What if they decide to drop 3 broken units in 3 patches in a row? Like how many patches do you think pure f2p players would have to save to get to atleast 1 instance of hard pity? @@Aman519YourHost not nearly as many as other gacha games. Even if they drop 3 broken units in a row, which they probably will. You won't necessarily need all of them. Being F2P means you have to focus more on saving up through dailies, events, freebies, etc to get the units you need. Especially with the amount of polychromes given through the endgame cycles, zzz is one of the more generous games in the market tbh

Thank you for this very detailed guide. The main stat for the equipent system is very helpful. Thinking of dropping Wuwa for ZZZ since I just cant get into it, maybe because of playing too much PGR since it already satisfied my craving for fast paced combat, and the combat system is almost the same. Ironically, im very excited for ZZZ even though its the same format as PGR. The UI/UX/urban theme feels so refreshing and unique on its own. Comment above is correct! The story will give you trial characters depending on what chapter you're on! Or you can just use your own. For hollow zero and shiyu defense , you must bring your own teams 🙏

So far there hasn't been anything mention about co-op mode at least HSR has a support mode to help with your farming. I would love to see a Talent F character dish out sweet dmg to enemies that I struggle with.
@@GachaMogul HI3 - Co op up to 3 players in raids. GI - Co op up to 4 players in open world and domains. HSR - 1 slot available in party if you wish to use your friend's/other player's character. I did some research and apparently its like HI3 where 3 players queue for the same raid. I feel they should do slightly different. Like being able to bring your own team while other player's bring theirs.
At first I wanted to choose belle over wise but seeing how everyone hates him and love her just makes me want to choose him so badly Sounds kinda fun to be one of the 5 people that’ll choose wise
I love Wise. I am playing as Belle but I enjoy how he gives her tutorials as a caring and serious older brother. It’s also nice who you play seems to change the dynamic slightly but still allows you to enjoy both characters.
Best video that I finally understand everything about ZZZ!! one question though and it's about how specs demanding playing zzz is? is it heavier than HSR or WuWa? Maybe somewhere between HSR and WuWa? I'm so cooked if it's heavier than WuWa, it's already struggling at low settings. P.S u got a like and sub :))
Thank you so much! 🙏 The game is between those. Wuwa is really unoptimized sadly, which is why it's hard to run. Zzz will be slightly tougher than hsr, but not nearly as bad as ww! You shouldn't have any issues (hopefully) 🙏
I’ll definitely play the game once it releases, but I do feel like the game has some flaws. Beyond lazy kit designs for their chars. Each skill is just a lesser version of the char's ult. At least other games with 1 skill 1 ult has a more diverse moveset within a typical char's kit. If you pay attention to every playable character released thus far, you'll notice that their skill is a certain move and their ult is really just a slightly fancier bigger version of their skill. It honestly baffles me how lazy they're going about the design process. It basically tells me the game is 200% going to be catered to super casuals that just want to look stylish instead of any real depth to the gameplay. For example: Nicole shoots a black hole with her skill. Ult makes her charge up and then shoots.... a black hole. Soldier 11 does a diagonal fire slash as the skill. The ult? Two vertical somersault slashes, which is cool! And then it ends with a fiery diagonal slash....with the same angle and look as the skill...It's basically just the skill but with 2 extra attacks beforehand. Once you notice this pattern, the game just feels like they're putting like 80% effort into visuals and 20% into actual gameplay.
Of course any game has its flaws. Visuals usually come down to a person's preference. Characters like Ellen have beautiful, cinematic ults. Saying the game is lazily made with such great animation and polish isn't a fair take imo. Plus, as the game continues to develop and grow, there's only room for improvement. Even compare hsr day 1 to now a days. It's baffling how much it's improved!

Is the endgame really just like Genshin and grinding relics and abyss? Because that is far from actual endgame activities lol. That's the main reason why so many people quit Genshin.

Hey, great video, it was really useful and one of the most informative I've seen so far. However, I still have questions regarding currencies in game, what are the resources needed to upgrade the characters, the engines and the disk drives?. I'm more specifically interested in knowing how many currencies I need to juggle around, in HSR I struggled a lot getting used to what upgrades what and what do I need to grind to make my characters better and I'd like to have an idea of what is what before the game launches.
Very fair. The items for leveling up agents is called "Investigator Logs". The items for leveling up W-engines is called Energy Modules. Disc drives level ups are called "Plating Agents". These are all obtained with your daily "trailblaze power"! For disc drives , those aren't as important until you get a bit higher, so definitely worry about agent level and w engines first !
Ngl, I've known of this game for a while bcz the Hoyo app never shuts up about it, but never considered wanting to play it. After powering through most of WuWa, and being a long time enjoyer of Hoyo games, I'm kinda looking forward to this now
It shouldn't be too bad. Make sure to follow the tutorials and you should be solid. The main thing is to ask if you need it because there is A LOT of different currencies for leveling up characters and such. That will be the trickiest part

The movement and combat is fun there and no 50/50 on weapons makes it huge. Next gacha that releases 60 pity treshhold will steal all the players lol. :D

Good question! The MC you dont choose will be sort of like a guide- for instance I picked Belle, and Wise still had a TON of story time. They are definitely a tandem unit - your choice will mainly be who you want to move around as and play MOST of the time! Hope this helps :)

There are so many numbers popping out of hits, how do you know that your character is better than others if you can’t see how much total damage your character does? And how does power creep work?
You can see the avg damage they do, and compare. For instance the character I'm dropping a guide for next is ludicrously higher lol. Power creep unsure yet, we haven't had a chance for those chars. But hoyo does a good job at least in star rail of not having too much power creep happen!
@@GachaMogulyeah, I can see the average numbers, but I saw one video of the Drill guy using an attack that does continuous damage and those numbers came out like water. At least in HSR they sum up the damage you had done. I know zzz is a fast paced game, but it would be nice if they can add the same detail.

Yes, they can! For instance, Butler (first bangboo banner one) provides energy Regen for units while also doing some damage!

Element DMG should be on V! I don't think I rolled any in cbt from what I remember.
So open world roam is done only via Wise or Belle ? And combat is done via the characters you "pull" ?

Best video that I finally understand everything about ZZZ!! one question though and it's about how specs demanding playing zzz is? is it heavier than HSR or WuWa? Maybe somewhere between HSR and WuWa? I'm so cooked if it's heavier than WuWa, it's already struggling at low settings.

Thank you so much! 🙏 The game is between those. Wuwa is really unoptimized sadly, which is why it's hard to run. Zzz will be slightly tougher than hsr, but not nearly as bad as ww! You shouldn't have any issues (hopefully) 🙏
I’ll definitely play the game once it releases, but I do feel like the game has some flaws. Beyond lazy kit designs for their chars. Each skill is just a lesser version of the char's ult. At least other games with 1 skill 1 ult has a more diverse moveset within a typical char's kit. If you pay attention to every playable character released thus far, you'll notice that their skill is a certain move and their ult is really just a slightly fancier bigger version of their skill. It honestly baffles me how lazy they're going about the design process. It basically tells me the game is 200% going to be catered to super casuals that just want to look stylish instead of any real depth to the gameplay.
For example: Nicole shoots a black hole with her skill. Ult makes her charge up and then shoots.... a black hole.
Soldier 11 does a diagonal fire slash as the skill.
The ult? Two vertical somersault slashes, which is cool! And then it ends with a fiery diagonal slash....with the same angle and look as the skill...It's basically just the skill but with 2 extra attacks beforehand. Once you notice this pattern, the game just feels like they're putting like 80% effort into visuals and 20% into actual gameplay.
Of course any game has its flaws. Visuals usually come down to a person's preference. Characters like Ellen have beautiful, cinematic ults. Saying the game is lazily made with such great animation and polish isn't a fair take imo. Plus, as the game continues to develop and grow, there's only room for improvement. Even compare hsr day 1 to now a days. It's baffling how much it's improved!
About the disk drives, do you know how many Impact% does it need to quickly activate the chain attacks?
Setting off the chain attacks is just hitting a skill after you fully break an enemy: any % increase on impact will make them break faster !

Is the endgame really just like Genshin and grinding relics and abyss? Because that is far from actual endgame activities lol. That's the main reason why so many people quit Genshin.
@@gentle_singularity I have no idea for genshin as I haven't played :/ but shiyu defense and hollow zero yeah. Similar to a tougher version of simulated universe from HSR, and similar to MoC (which I believe is abyss)
Is the weapon banner a 75/25 like HSR or a 50/50 like Genshin? Does the weapon pity carry over between banners like HSR does or reset like Genshin?
the banners will carry over. its currently a 50/50 but that could change.

Hey, great video, it was really useful and one of the most informative I've seen so far.
However, I still have questions regarding currencies in game, what are the resources needed to upgrade the characters, the engines and the disk drives?. I'm more specifically interested in knowing how many currencies I need to juggle around, in HSR I struggled a lot getting used to what upgrades what and what do I need to grind to make my characters better and I'd like to have an idea of what is what before the game launches.
Very fair. The items for leveling up agents is called "Investigator Logs". The items for leveling up W-engines is called Energy Modules.
Disc drives level ups are called "Plating Agents". These are all obtained with your daily "trailblaze power"! For disc drives , those aren't as important until you get a bit higher, so definitely worry about agent level and w engines first !
Ngl, I've known of this game for a while bcz the Hoyo app never shuts up about it, but never considered wanting to play it. After powering through most of WuWa, and being a long time enjoyer of Hoyo games, I'm kinda looking forward to this now

As of cbt 3 it is not guaranteed like WW. It could change but for the most part hoyo games run a 75/25 on weapon banners

It shouldn't be too bad. Make sure to follow the tutorials and you should be solid. The main thing is to ask if you need it because there is A LOT of different currencies for leveling up characters and such. That will be the trickiest part

@@GachaMogul Dunno, saw the game and honestly, it looks cheap and worse compared to Genshin or Honkai Star Rail... We will see, but Wuwa taking many players from Hoyo rn. The movement and combat is fun there and no 50/50 on weapons makes it huge. Next gacha that releases 60 pity treshhold will steal all the players lol. :D

Good question! The MC you dont choose will be sort of like a guide- for instance I picked Belle, and Wise still had a TON of story time. They are definitely a tandem unit - your choice will mainly be who you want to move around as and play MOST of the time! Hope this helps :)

@GachaMogul I'm so excited for this game ngl, genshin is the one gotcha I enjoy the most and is the one I keep playing, everything else is just... there. But ZZZ, looks so good. It's going to be hard to play 2 games, but I hope it's good because that's a good problem to have. If this game takes over genshin, even better.
There are so many numbers popping out of hits, how do you know that your character is better than others if you can’t see how much total damage your character does? And how does power creep work?
You can see the avg damage they do, and compare. For instance the character I'm dropping a guide for next is ludicrously higher lol. Power creep unsure yet, we haven't had a chance for those chars. But hoyo does a good job at least in star rail of not having too much power creep happen!
@@GachaMogulyeah, I can see the average numbers, but I saw one video of the Drill guy using an attack that does continuous damage and those numbers came out like water. At least in HSR they sum up the damage you had done. I know zzz is a fast paced game, but it would be nice if they can add the same detail.
