A bit crusty from sitting out, fix all the rust holes. Thats the major issue. Needs the feeder chain pulled and gone over, sounds like it's jumping the sprocket . They'll do that if the 3 chains aren't exactly the same count of pins. A set of cylinder (bars) rasps will make it feed better, likey why their having feeder chain problems in the first place. If the price is decent and the buyer has a bit of time and skill, it's doable.

Yes, its definitely doable, i think it would need to be a local machine to make it worth while.
