I have a Santa Fe with clunk in front that Hyundai has a TSB on regarding a washer between back of hub and axleshaft. Yours is the only video I've found that shows that washer. You didn't change it. It appeared to have been stuck to back of hub then came loose when you put new shaft into back of hub. Do you know if this washer is the same for the Sorento and Santa Fe? I can't find the washer at any dealerships in my area. Local tranny shop says my transfer case is bad but I sure would like to try this first. I have no washers in place now.

2008 Santa Fe, Lkmited AWD. I think the washer is Hyundai 51755-2B020-FFF.
Can’t find them locally and I would like to try installing one to see if helps my clunk before the shop wants to take out the T-case.
I think because the axle nut tightens the shaft to the hub thst the freeolay is actually in the joints themselves and the washer helps to compress the joints as it gets tighened up.
I don’t see freeplay between my hub and axle.
